We all loved the Suriel. He was our drama queen, or gossiper he was the biggest shipper of Feysand. I actually cried when he died, like literally I had tears running down my face. And I loved how either way he had a choice of not helping Feyre, he did anyway because he knew that she could save everyone. I really loved it when she realized while he was dying that when he said "stay with the high lord" in ACOTAR that he meant Rhysand and not Tamlin. When that realization hit her, I just thought that was a beautiful moment. She thought the whole time that she was supposed to be with Tamlin and it was wrong to like Rhys and then being mates with him and everything. She felt like she betrayed him but she didn't, she was supposed to be with Rhys.
I think the saddest part was that she never found out his name. I'm saying his because it's easier but I know that there is no gender to the Suriels. But we never found out the name and I thought that was really sad. I was hoping that we would find out but instead he died. And he died with the cloak that Feyre gave him which was even sadder.😭 I'm getting really emotional right now. I'll probably go more into depth another day cuz I have to go and study for a quiz and a test I have tomorrow but this was just the outlining of my feeling for the Suriel. Which Feyre won't have a gossip queen and guide for her in the next books😭😭. I will have another chapter going Mor into depth so don't worry if you think this is all I feel about the Suriel, there's more.
