Ohhhhhh the Middengard Wyrm, don't we miss him?? Well for all you worm/wyrm loving people you will love this chapter. I have been reading(obviously) but I've been reading theories and I've been talking to my friend (Abby- who also helped me with this so thanks Abby). So remember in Heir of Fire, when Rowan wanted Aelin to learn something by rescuing Luca? Well that big monster thing In the little lake, remember that? Well I've talked to Abby and have read theories about how maybe the Middengard Wyrm survived, and ended up in that lake in Erilea. I know it's really far fetched, and maybe the discriptions don't match up but we all know Sarah, she could do anything with it. We actually never learned what it is so I think that's why people have thought about it. I'm iffy about this theory tho. Like I said, it's far fetched so maybe that's why but I also agree because it may be a coincidence and maybe Sarah didn't realize it but maybe she did. That's why I'm iffy on it but it's a good theory. But if it is true then how did it get in Erilea?? Maybe through some kind of gate or portal or something. And if it is, then could there be a way that others can come to Erilea like, maybe a gorgeous High Lord and a Beautiful High Lady??? Would there be way for them to crossover to Erilea, or would there be a way to crossover to Prythian?? If there was that would be amazing!!!
Another thing I was thinking about while writing(more like texting/typing) this is about Aelin. We all know at the end of Eos Maeve traps her in an iron coffin and all that. And in ToD they get her out and Maeve is like "let's begin" *internally dying*. Iron is like immune to magic which is crazy how it's not in Prythian- funny right? Anywhooo, Aelin can write wyrdmarks on herself to protect herself or something right? Like wyrdmarks are outside of magic entirely so she can still use them. She might now know a whole lot about them but she can still use them.
That was just a little side note thought thing I wanted to share.
