Chara's POV:
I walk over to my bed and lay down, looking up at the glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling. I wish everything was okay, Frisk is right... things have really changed, I was with them when we went to the surface; I just wasn't seen by anyone else until I got half of Frisk's soul. Hopefully, we can show them that no one cares about what happened, and that those who remember genocide don't hate them for it. Frisk seems to forget that I was a big role in that route too, not just them.
Now though, I might have to kill my brother –if I'm right in thinking that he's mad with me- and I can't do that. I can't kill anyone again, I don't mind hurting but I can't kill.
"Chara... you're still alive then, my soul was right." A voice says, I turn around and look at the tall boy standing in front of me. He looks about seventeen maybe, is that Caleb?
"You're still alive too, how?" I look at him, my younger brother is my older brother... that's confusing.
"I have powers, it's not hard to stop aging. I waited, I knew you'd come back at some point." He says, looking down at me, "I guess you're not really my big sister anymore, huh? You've barely aged, literally."
"What do you mean your soul was right?" I ignore him. Caleb holds out a bright red soul,
"I guess Mom passed half her soul down to both of us when she died; whenever that was though."
"That can't be possible." I mumble.
"What?"
"Nothing. Wait, so if the soul passes when you die... did you die too?"
"Um, possibly. I got back faster than you though."
"Why are you mad with me?" I ask, not sure what else to say.
"You left me there, you left me amongst the battle Chara."
"I- I thought you died, I couldn't see you and I thought you had been killed by the monsters."
"Heh, guess you didn't search very well then. I'm going to get my revenge, I'll be waiting for you at the village."
"And if I don't come?"
"Then I'll come to you and kill everyone you love."
"HE HAS A DETERMINATION SOUL!" I scream, bolting upright. He was in my dream, CALEB WAS IN MY DREAM!
I stand up and run out of my room, banging on Frisk's door,
"THERE ARE THREE HALVES!"
Frisk opens the door, looking at me as though I'm crazy. Asriel walks over and stares at me.
"THERE ARE THREE HALVES! OF ONE WHOLE!" I shout, shaking them by the shoulders. Sans steps out of his room,
"what're you shouting about?"
"Something about three halves I think?" Frisk says, shrugging.
"Three halves? That's not possible, whatever you're talking about."
I feel myself drop to the ground, my eyes closing... what?
"I wasn't done talking to you." Caleb looks at me angrily.
