"This is the best night ever! You confronting Beatrice was just the best part! Why haven't we met each other before!" Sam asked as we were walking side by side to reach the car.

Nathaniel as the jerk he already is, told us that he parked the car for a good two blocks away.

JERK.

"Yeah and the part you said, 'if I throw a stick, will you go!', was the best part!" Daniel squealed beside me to which all of us gave him a weird glare. "What? Admit it...it was AWESOME!" He yelled the last part in Nath's ear and Nath just used his hand and pushed his face away ,"Shut Up Niel!" He said and looked down at his phone.

"Niel?" I questioned.

"Yeah Niel as in Daniel...for short!" Sam shrugged as he told me and God knows where the heck is Astrid? She was with us a few minutes ago and we did leave with each other.

"Nath, What are you doing?" Sam cooed at Nath in a joking manner and stood in front of him causing Nath to look up at him with a bored expression on ," What's wrong with you? You were fine two minutes ago!" Nath said and Danile chuckled causing Sam to slap him on the head ,"yeah what's wrong with you, idiot?" Daniel copied and he was about to earn another smack on the head and this time he was too fast and blocked it.

Then they started fighting...

Ugh boys!

"Ugh Astrid Help me!" Niel yelled during the fight but...

There was no sound...

There was no 'Stop being dorks' or the 'get a life' line...

There was silence...

There was no Astrid!

"Gu-Guys!" I stuttered "wh-where's Astrid?" I stuttered again which caused Nath to look up from his phone and at me. I saw a certain emotion in his eyes but couldn't identify it. Was it confused...caring....scared?

He took a step closer and blinked then started looking at his surrounding meanwhile Niel and Sam were still fighting like cats and dogs without caring a thing about what is happening around them. "Nath." I mumbles, clearly concerned about the whereabouts of my best friend.

Nath must have sensed it as he took another step closer and put his cold hands on my shoulder, trying to calm me down. I felt my heart race. And I totally melted looking at his gorgeous ocean blue eyes. Something about his eyes told me to keeping looking at them...and it was just...Woah.

"Hey it's fine! She must be somewhere around her!" Nath tried to comfort me with a soft voice but for some reason, I have a bad feeling about this. She is not someone who would just disappear without informing.

"Nath you know how she is! She is not someone who would just leave without saying anything!" I voiced my thoughts out and he nodded at me.

"Ok..." He mumbled and took his hands off my shoulders leaving a tingling feeling on them. "Guys!" he yelled at the boys who were completely zoned out in their argument ,"GUYS!" He yelled louder and the both boys flinched at first then "Why yelling when you can just tap us!"
"Shut Up! We have a tiny thing going on!" I could feel that now Nath had both guy's attention. "What's up?" Niel asked in a confused voice ,"It's about Astrid! Where is she??" I said and they looked around.

"I thought you would know!"

"I thought you would!"

"Guys! Whoever thought the other one knew! Do you now know where is she?" I asked them and they just shrugged. "Alexie we know you're scared cause she one of those who tell others when they leave but she's seventeen! I'm pretty sure she can take care of herself, plus she's a vamp-" "She'll be fine!" Nath cut him before he could finish that sentence.
