It was a warm summer day while Hocheol was hanging out with some of his friends, they were just chatting and joking around while eating some of the snacks one of them bought with him.

He was leaning back against a tree as he let the sunlight warm his skin. This was one of the moments he loved so much, just relaxing and not thinking about anything. The sound of the water rustling in the background made him feel truly relaxed.

That was one of the reasons why he and his friends loved to go to this place, it's a secluded area near a small brook. The trees providing shadows for the friends on the warm day.

Suddenly there was a sharp pain going through his head that made him sit upright, holding his head with his hands. Lately he's been having a lot of these problems. It was always his head that was hurting, but he never wanted to make anyone worry about him.

"Hocheol, are you okay?" one of  his friends asked him.

Hocheol simply smiled, "it's okay, just a minor headache. No reasons to worry Hyunuk" he told his friend.

The older boy showed him a hesitant smile, not quite believing what he was told. They all could sense something was wrong with Hocheol, but no one knew what. If they asked the boy, he would just tell them he's feeling fine and it's all in their heads.

But in reality it was all in his head.

Lately he woke up with a headache, it got so bad that at one point he ran down to the bathroom to empty his stomach. Even at school he felt nauseous that he often had to excuse himself to go to the restroom- he didn't know what was going on with him. But he was too afraid to go to the doctor, afraid it might be bad news.

His friends looked at him in worry, not knowing what to do. They were afraid that Hocheol was hiding something from them.

Hocheol felt a hand on his shoulder, as he looked behind him he saw one of his friends looking at him, "just know that if there's something wrong you can always come to us".

Instead of thanking the boy, he removed the hand from his shoulder, "I said I'm fine Giseok" he muttered as he stood up. "I have to go".

His friends looked at him in confusion, it was so out of character for Hocheol to snap at someone. Especially at someone like Giseok. But they decided to let him be, maybe he needed some space since they had a long day.

A few days had passed after he had snapped at Giseok, but he figured out that lately his friends had been ignoring him. They wouldn't say a thing to him in the hallway, they wouldn't listen to him if he was talking to them.

He felt as if he was invisible to people. Even in class they ignored him.

Hocheol had wondered what had happened that made them treat him like this.
