Ch. 1: Broken and Mended and Broken (Yo POV)

Wayo Pov

I finally had the courage to finally confess to Pha. This was the last day of high school for him. The man I fell in love with at first sight. Breath Yo breath. I walked over to the classroom Pha and his friends were hanging out. Then what I heard next horrified me.

"I like girls. The thought of being with a boy is gross."

That voice was coming from Pha. Tears welled up in my eyes I ran out of the school crying. I ran and ran until I could run no more. When I eventually stopped I was at a park. I went to the swings and sat on them crying my heart out.

"I knew it was a wasted effort to try and confess to him." I said aloud.

"To who Nong? Why are you crying?" A voice said out of the blue.

I look up it was another boy. He seemed to be a little older than Pha. He came over and sat in the swing next to me. I didn't say anything I just sat there in silence and looked down. After a few minutes he was gone. I assumed he left but then I felt two arms wrap around me in a warm hug.

"W-what are you doing?" I asked him.

"You look like you needed a hug Nong. Someone as cute as you shouldn't be crying. Do you want me to stop?" He said.

I didn't say anything but as he was about to let go instinctively held onto him. He jolted a little but went back to hugging me.

"Don't cry Nong." He cooed as he sat his chin on my head.

I finally calmed down and said "Thank you."

"Don't worry Nong. Whats that?" he asked pointing at the box I held.

I totally forgot I was holding onto the band that I was gonna give Pha.

"It's nothing. I'm gonna just toss it. It brings a bad memory to me." I explain to him.

"Lets make it a happy one." He says as he snag the box from me.

He opens the box and takes a look at the band.

"It's nice." He says as he puts it on.

"May I keep it Nong?" He ask me.

"Sure if I get another hug." I giggle.

"I have something better." He says as he walks in front of me.

"What is it?" I say looking confused.

He bends down a gives me a kiss on the lips. The kiss leaves a warm tingling feeling on my lips. It was almost soothing. I sat there with nothing to say.

"Like it?" He says with a smirk on his face.

My face was as red as an apple I could feel it but I also felt my lips form into a small smile. He ruffles my hair and smiles.

"You look better when you smile Nong. So smile more." He tells me.

I felt my phone vibrate. I take it out of my pocket and notice I had 19 missed calls from my father. I answer the phone.

"Finally Wayo you answered. I was worried about you. Worried something happened to you."

"I'm sorry Daddy I was just really busy." I told him.

"I'm glad you are okay. Don't scare me like that again."

"Yes Dad. I'm sorry."

"Where are you?"

"At the park."

"Okay I'm sending some of the staff to come pick you up. Sit tight. Are you alone?"

"No Dad I'm with a friend."

I look up and smile at the boy. He smiles back at me.

"Okay good." My Dad says as he hangs up the phone.

The boy sat with me and held my hand. After a few minutes the car picking me up arrived. We walked over and he opened the door for me. He closed the door and waves goodbye to me. The car drove off and realized I forgot to ask for his name.

I came back every day of my senior year to hopefully see him again one day but I was brought with disappointment every single day. I fell for him to only be once again heartbroken. I felt so alone so secluded in this world wondering what I did to deserve this punishment. I cried every day until I met my best friend Ming. He brought me out of my shell and made me happy again. Now Ming and I are headed to the same University together. It made me jump with joy.

Although this is a little similar to the beginning of 2 moons it will differ a lot. It already has like how he met Ming later on and Trust me haha it will get even more different. Hope you guys enjoyed. Do you know who the mystery boy is? 🤔
