Our first date!!

(Kelli POV)

We arrive at my house when he said "this is your house!" I said yeah with a confused but sweet tone. he replied " mines right across!" He said while pointing the opposite direction! Awesome! I said but really bursting with excitement in my mind! We smiled so big our mouths hurt, well mine did I don't know about his? But seriously I've never smiled so much my mouth is going to be sore! But he's worth it! I thought . He walked me into my house with a greeting to my mom. "Mom this is a friend from school his name is Billy." we exchanged a glance you know the type where you speak through your eyes. You could tell what she was thinking which was that he was cute and I quickly gave her an I know right! Look. As I introduced him to my mom he reached out his hand to greet her right when my dad walked in. Uh oh my dad is super over protective but only because he loves me. He gave me a concerned look and said "who is this?" With a raised eyebrow?

(Billy's POV)

Her mom seems sweet I thought. But our hand shake was interrupted by I'm guessing her father? He said "who is this?" . I quickly walk over shaking his hand saying "hello sir I'm Billy Unger and you are?" He answered "Kelli's father. You must be a friend from school?" I answered in a polite tone, "yes sir." With a grin. Hopefully they can't tell I'm nervous! He seems a bit scary. I thought. He told me "well it was nice to meet you Billy!" once again shaking hands. Then he said "well you should be going now." Oh does he not like me I thought when I turned my head to Kelli when she said "dad!" And quickly looked at me "umm I'll walk you out Billy." She said with a smile. As we shut the door behind us I say " well your parents seem nice!" She apologized for their behavior. I told her "no need!" I quickly change the subject. "Listen Kelli, I know we only met today but I was wondering if you wanted to go to the movies with me tomorrow? Maybe we can see the amazing Spider-Man 2?" Spider mans my all time favorite super hero! I thought

I then said" did you know I'm Spider-Man ? "With a laugh. " So... what do you say?" I said with a grin.

(Kelli's POV)

"Dad!" I said " umm i'll walk you out Billy!" I said with an embarrassed tone. When I shut the door behind us I quickly apologized for my parents behavior. But he said "no need" when he then said something I was definitely not expecting!

"Listen Kelli, I know we only met today but I was wondering if you wanted to go to the movies with me tomorrow? Maybe we can see the amazing Spider-Man 2? He then told me "did you know I'm Spider-Man ? " as he laughed. "So... what do you say?" He asked with a grin. Oh my gosh! Is he asking me on a date? Our first date! I thought. So I try to play it off "cool" but I don't know if it worked. I said "are you asking me on a date?"
