damn the time went by quickly.
i head into the school with my newly bought coffee and go straight to the student lounge. i give a nod to one the other students and sit in my usual seat near the door. then i pull out my laptop. out of the corner of my eye i see a flash of green and black. i lift my head and see that in the doorway of the room stands phil. im about to stand and talk to him until i see her.
phil's standing in the doorway with his arm wrapped around the waist of a girl. she looks about 5'11 with curly blonde highlighted hair and sea green eyes. she bites her lip and leans towards him, whispering something in his ear. he smirks and pulls away from her. she leans up and presses a kiss to his lips and i can feel bile rising up in my throat. when she finally pulls away phil's gazed flickers over to mine. a look of regrets flashes across his face. he opens his mouth as if to speak to me but im already shoving past him before he can let out a single word.
as i swiftly walk to my first class i hear a "dan wait!" but im too busy trying to walk with tears in my eyes too care.
