Anju pressed her hand on my head, "I brought you a few books from the Pack's Library."
I nodded, I still wasn't feeling good so Anju had me stay in bed for the day to rest. I felt guilty about what had happened last night. Winter hadn't been hurt as much as she was in shock. Mavvie, on the other hand, had been bruised pretty bad and apparently, he had been limping when he could get up.
He had left the room about an hour ago.
Anju straightened, "Today is the Pole throw, it's a rather short Game so we should be back no later than noon, will you be alright on your own?"
I nodded.
Winter came closer, "Are you sure?" Her voice sounded harsh.
Again I nodded.
Anju sighed and she and Winter left closing the door.
I turned over on my side facing my wall.
Hadden wasn't talking to me. Maybe he was feeling guilty about last night too. When I awoke this morning the pain wasn't as intense but it was a dull ache now. It didn't feel as good either.
The doorknob twisted and I turned my head as the door opened. Mavvie walked in, with Eska.
"Eska?"
She smiled and quickly shuffled to my side, "Hey are you alright?"
"Sort of. What are you doing here?" I asked confused.
She looked back at my brother, "Mavvie told me you weren't feeling good and asked me to keep you company while he and your sister watched the games."
I turned my attention to him, "Really?"
He nodded and headed out without saying anything.
"Are you two still arguing?" Eska asked.
I nodded shifting my body so I could talk with her, "Remember how I said I kept you being my mate a secret? Well, my sibling found out last night. There was an argument and my wolf ended coming out and pushed Winter and Mavvie to the ground."
"Hadden?"
I nodded, "He's the opposite of me, mainly he can be aggressive."
She sat on a chair next to my bed, "Did keeping me a secret really cause this much trouble?"
I closed my eyes and nodded, "I never expected they would react that way, I know they're stressed with this but it still hurts. Mavvie seems to be afraid of me, though I don't blame him, Hadden did get pretty violent last night.
"I understand, is it getting better for you all?"
I shrugged, "I'm not sure E."
She giggled, E?"
I grinned, "Is that alright for a nickname?"
She nodded, "I'm cool with E. As long as your cool with H."
I laughed.
"I'll take that as a yes."
My body started to heat up suddenly. The dull ache had turned back to the intense pain. I started sweating and felt all strength leave my body.
What's wrong with me?

~Eska's POV~
****Harvey closed his eyes. His face seemed to be turning a little red. I sat next to his bed and held back the urge to hold his hand.
Werewolves don't get sick. Our unnatural healing protects our bodies from illnesses humans often catch, which begged the question. What is wrong with my Mate?
