True love isn't found, it is built.

When my role was over, they threw me back into the Slayer's room just like a garbage bag.

At that moment, I was in a fragile state. Both my legs were bleeding, my head was throbbing, my knees were wobbling due to the cold but most of all my eyes were lost. I was not in pain anymore.

I was in sorrow, in guilt.
My heart was done and over. I couldn't find any hope to live. My only life was to give justice to my mom but that was also stolen from me.
My last breath would be here, in this very room. The thought didn't scare me now.

Mom, I'm coming.

Just when I thought my eyes would close, I saw a dress flowing onto the floor. It was so similar to the dress my mother had worn on her wedding day. She used to sit on the couch and cry, looking at how happy she was then but when I used to ask, she used to tell me that this dress was her favourite. That's why we dressed her in that very dress when we were giving our last rights to her at the cemetery.

Sweetheart. It's me, your mother.

My eyes averted to the direction of the voice.
My head didn't move from its place but what my eyes saw made me cry.
My mother was right there, standing in her wedding dress with a smile on her face.

"Mom. Mommy....I missed you so much." I managed to mutter.

But then I felt myself get up. When I turned around I could see myself lying on the ground, lifeless.

So this was my soul.
It felt much better here than when I was on the ground.

I turned around and looked towards my mother. I ran to hug her.
"Oh my child, how beautifully you have grown up to be. You have your father's eyes and my hair. Ha, ha." I didn't mind her mentioning father's name. I was too happy to see her.

"Mommy, why did you leave me. I was so alone without you. Everyone has betrayed me but now..... I am happy that I will be with you. I will stay with you forever."

My mother pulled me out of her embrace and put her calming hands on my face. She wiped my slowly flowing tears and smiled.

"No dear, you cannot stay with me. You have to go back and fight for justice in this world. For that, you have to change your perspective about everything sweetheart. The people who have deceived you may have done so due to certain circumstances, but that doesn't mean that they stopped trusting you. No, not at all. I know my girl has grown up now and will be twenty one soon but you will have to be strong and fight those emotions. Revi, you have to do this and you have what it takes to be that. I will always be with you by your heart, remember that."

She pulled my cheeks the way she used to and then gave one more hug.

Just then, the door to the room opened. Slamming it open, was none other than Jaden himself.
He frantically looked around and when his eyes lay onto my body, they widened. He immediately ran to my lifeless body and turned my body around.
He shook me and shouted, "Revina! Don't do this to me. I am so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you. I wanted you to be with me. Please wake up. No....... I love you a lot. I can't live without you. Please don't go, please." He started crying, leaning into my forehead.
