11-A totally not awkward apology

After you had hung up on blueberry you threw your phone onto your bed along with your computer, you then walked over to your bed and picked up a pillow and screamed into it, the words kept playing over and over in your head.

"i'm not dumb enough to sleep with you even if i was drunk"

You just couldn't bring yourself to talk to him, though, you could probably do it for Sans

Your head felt like it was going to split open, with the still lingering headache and the thoughts running marathons through your head.

Sighing, you let the thoughts drop dead in your head and new ones filled it, you were kinda' being selfish, you thought, and you did act like a jerk to Sans, he wasn't the one who pissed you off, and......you didn't really need to be cold to him like that.

Maybe he wouldn't want to speak to you after that.......

Maybe.

~~(Time skip)~~

After a couple pain reliever pills and almonds watching some episodes of anime on Netflix under a warm and soft blanket, you had calmed down enough to bring yourself to actually make up your mind and attempt to apologize.

You put Papyrus's jacket in a small shoulder bag to bring to him to add to your apology, but you washed it first, of course.

You had thrown on a beanie, some black pants, a maroon long-sleeved shirt and an oversized (f/c) sweatshirt with fluffy lining, and you gave Moshuu a soft pat on the head before heading out

As you walked down the lemon scented corridors of your apartment building you pulled your phone out from your jacket's pocket and dialed Sans' number

"Yes!? Human!? Have you-!"

You held the phone away from your ear and waited for him to stop yelling into the phone

"Yeah, hello to you too, Sans"

He took a second to take a breath

"W-Why did you decide to call human?" He fixed his scarf around his neck unnecessarily on the other side of the line

"I......I wanted to um.....talk to your brother, I hope you d......you uh......don't mind that I'm coming over for-"

You were cut off by him "Okay human! I will announce it to my brother, and then I will make tacos and then I can-" Before he could ramble on about what he was going to do, you interjected "I would probably like it better if you don't.....tel him, I just- I hope you can understand, Sans"

"Oh......"

HIs voice sounded disappointed for all of a second before he cheered himself up "So it is almost like an undercover mission? You can entrust it to my will of iron, but then again, you can entrust anything to the magnificent Sans! Mwehehe!"

You pressed the button for the elevator to come up as you stifled laughter that you wanted to let out because he was so damn cute

"Well.......I think I'm going to attempt to hang up now, bye Sans" You pressed the button for the lobby floor once you got into the elevator and heard the phone click from his side, telling you he hung up

You passed through the lobby and felt your self confidence drop when you saw the visitors receptionist wave to you, that had never happened before.

You couldn't help but smile, though

You opened the doors and felt the fresh air fill your lungs and walked a bit to call a taxi

"Where will it be miss?" Your driver was around your age, and rather nerdy-looking, but he looked kinda cute......

"Miss?" You blinked a couple times before you responded, trying to play it off with a laugh that came out nervous

".........You can just drop me off at that point, I don't exactly know how to get there directly by car......w-weirdly enough"

He nodded and put the coordinates into his Gps, he drove off and drummed against the steering wheel to a beat that was unknown to you

When he dropped you off, you paid him and walked the rest of the way to their house, a smile had made it's way onto your face.

You saw their house and broke into a half-dash to get to the door

You rung the doorbell and heard footsteps fast approaching it, and as fast as the door had flung open was as fast a arms were flung around you.

"HUMAN!!!"

He wrapped his arms around you at god speed and you stumbled backwards a couple steps before you fell of the actual steps and onto the hard floor.

"Ouch!" He jumped up off you and extended a hand out to you, hoisting you up with ease

"S-Sorry" He gestured with his small body for you to come inside

"Has he been in his room since........" You cleared your throat, not sure how to explain to the little blueberry muffin about your terrible Wake-up call with his brother

"Y-Yes, I've only seen him once, and that was when he teleported down to get some chisps" Even his disappointed face was adorable, the way his ever lasting smile dropped subtly and his cheeks puffed out slightly

You stood up straighter then you ever had before and patted him on the head " I'll get your lazy sack of bones for a brother out of his room while I'm here, I promise" His smile turned up more than before and his small pupils turned into bright yellow stars surrounded by blue circles as he fixed his scarf over his mouth, blush dusting his cheeks

"R-Really?! You promise?" You gave him a nod and then ventured up the stairs, you found the only other door that could've been Papyrus' and stood in front of it.

You squeezed the strap of your bag tightly, so tightly your knuckles turned white.

How you promised to Sans and patted him an his adorable little head like it was nothing, you would never know. How inside (Y/n) hadn't found her way out and forced your legs to lock up, forced you to take back your promise and run to your apartment so you could hide forever, you would never know.

But you did know that you were damn past ready to talk to Papyrus

You knocked.

And when you heard a response, Inside (Y/n) wriggled her way through the cracks of your newly found courage
