Shawn's pov
"Alright, we are done for today. Go get some rest before tomorrow." My manager instructed. I did as told and made my way back to my hotel room. I looked in my pocket for my phone as I walked into the elevator. I pulled it out and clicked on Liz's contact. It rang a few times before I was sent to voicemail. I frowned looking down at my phone. She usually always answers my calls. I decided to just give it a few minutes and assumed she would call me back when she could.

Yeah

Shawn- hey babe, call me when you can. I miss you

Liz's pov:
"just text him back Liz," Alex said as he popped a handful of m&ms in his mouth.

"i will later." i said sliding my phone back into my back pocket.

"he's your boyfriend, why aren't you talking to him?" He asked looking at me with his eyebrows pushed together.

"I- I just don't want to right now." I said looking down at the sidewalk.

"If you're mad at him for hiring an opening act then that's stupid, it's not his fault she's a girl. Also, you need to trust Shawn. If you can't trust him, then maybe you shouldn't be together." Alex said before kicking a small pebble into the road.

"I trust him, but I don't trust her." I said glancing at him before looking up at the dark clouds.

"I'm sure if she were to try something shawn would shake her off." Alex said making me feel a little bit better. I pulled my phone back out of my pocket and clicked his contact.

"Hey Shawn." I suddenly became eager to hear his voice.

"Hey, is everything okay?" He asked. I smiled to myself and bit my lip.

"Yeah, I just miss you. How's tour?" I asked.

"It's good. I'll FaceTime you when I get back to the hotel okay?" Shawn asked. I knew he had to go, but I didn't want him to.

"Okay."

"I love you." My heart was beating out of my chest because of those 3 words.

"I love you too."
