Chapter 16: The Ten
"Thank God." Sam said.
"Yep, nothing's broken." Bridget said, trying to get the dust out of her hair. "I know when I jumped for my life my brain juggled a bit, but is that a green sun?"
"That's a green sun." Elena replied.
"Why the hell is the SUN green?" Dean asked.
"About that, there's been ten now." The Doctor replied.
"Awesome." Dean spat.
"Could this day get any worse?" Caroline sighed.
"Are you okay, Cas?" Dean asked, looking at Castiel's confused expression.
"There's a lot of... energy everywhere, I can feel it, but it's not destructive." Castiel explained.
"Careful." Clara said, pulling Bridget near her.
The ground trembled again, expecting the world to come to an end when the shaking just stopped. They looked up at the darkened sky as the clouds pulled away from a gleaming, golden sun. The world still wasn't exactly right, Castiel could tell. Castiel turned around with surprise as he heard the flap of his brother's wings.
"Hey, Bridge." It was Jess.
"How are you alive?" Bridget asked, letting go of Jess.
"Healed twice." Jess replied.
"Two killings just got called in." Castiel announced.
"Doesn't seem far." Balthazar said.
"You can hear that?" John asked.
"I didn't hear anything." Caroline said.
"It's all waves." Castiel replied.
"Maybe that's where we can start." The Doctor said. "But if we could find someone that can heal them, I may know how to fix the whole problem."
Dean looked at Castiel. Clara gave him a look.
"What?" The Doctor asked. "Oh, right. Angels. I'm still getting used to this."
"What about the killings elsewhere?" Damon asked.
"Done and done." Gabriel replied, appearing. "Just FYI your friends are alive."
"Thanks, Gabriel." Bridget replied.
"So two left?" Balthazar asked.
"Yep." Bridget replied.
"How about you go to London with them and we'll meet outside our place when we're done?" Sam suggested.
"I've been waiting to go back to London." Sherlock said.
"I forgot about London." John said.
"'Your place' like the Bunker 'your place'?" Bridget asked with a tinge of excitement.
"Yeah, that one." Dean replied. "How much do you know about it?"
"It closed down in 1958. It has a gun range, huge library, kitchen, demon dungeon room, secret archive room, bedrooms, map of everywhere you've been, devil's traps everywhere and the Samurai sword." Bridget replied.
"You know it's location?" Dean asked, getting worried.
"Lebanon, Kansas and I don't know the exact address."
"So you could just look it up and find it?" Dean asked again.
"Dean, no one can possibly find you guys." Bridget said.
"Well the Bunker sounds good to me." Sam said, trying to get his brother thinking of something else.***
"So this is the Bunker." Clara said, getting out of the TARDIS.
"Welcome to The Men of Letters' Bunker." Sam said, pulling down the switch to light up the place.
She was standing in the Bunker's library. It had wood floors with two desks, four wood chairs, a lamp and an ashtray on each. Looking in front of her, she saw a metal spiral staircase. There were metal poles that held the walkway and a shorter staircase that lead to the heavy front door. Under it
"It's huge!" Jess exclaimed.
"4,500 square feet is a LOT bigger in person." Bridget said.
"Yep." Dean said, proudly. "It's really that big?"
"So what next?" Sherlock asked.
"One more soul to heal." Dean replied.
"Where?" Elena asked.
"Hidden." Dean replied.
"Someone's hiding a body?" Bridget asked.
"Yeah." Dean said. Right in the middle of a Primer base."
