Chapter 18: Wings

Author'a note: I'm not ashamed to say I ship a Hunter an an angel of The Lord together, but some of you guys don't want to read about gay romance. So, I improvised. Enjoy. P.S, tell me how you're feeling at the end of this chapter in the comments! I want to see how well I'm doing!

"I think she's in here." Bridget said, pointing to a door ahead.
"How do you know?" Sam asked.
"It's full Primers." Damon answered.
"Awesome." Dean mumbled.
"What are we going to do?" Elena asked.
"No idea." The Doctor replied.
"I've got nothing." Said Dean.
"Me, too." Clara responded.
"Yep." John replied.
"They seem to be clearing now." Castiel announced.
"Looks like someone just got a package from the United Primer Postal Service." Damon said.
"I'll go in." Castiel said.
"I'll need the TARDIS." The Doctor said.
"Hold on." Sherlock said.
"You've noticed something." John observed.
"Those Primers seem there is someone very important in there."
"He's probably very powerful." Sam realized.
"Cas, don't fly in there just yet." Dean said quickly.
"I'll go now." The Doctor said, Clara following behind him.
"How about on the count of three we charge the guards?" Bridget suggested.
"Why on three?" Damon asked with a smile. With lighting vampire speed, Damon knocked out the two guards at the door and stood where he was.
Damon gave Dean a nod. Dean went in first, Bridget and Castiel following behind shoulder to shoulder. Just as Sam was about to enter, the door slammed hard.
"Dean!" Sam shouted.
"Sam!" Dean shouted back, trying to open the door with all his strength. "Sammy!"
"It's no use!" Bridget said, pulling as well. "Someone find the Doctor!"
Dean turned to to see Castiel's face twitch, like he was trying to fight off something. Castiel put his hands to his forehead. He dropped to his knees and moaned in pain.
"Cas?" Dean ran over to him. "Cas!"
"Dean..." It was almost a whisper. He paused to moan as his head seared in pain. "I'm being..."
"C'mon, Cas." Dean begged.
"I can't fight it." Castiel said, sounding like he was about to cry.
"Some Primer dick is controlling him!" Bridget realized.
All of a sudden Castiel stopped moaning. He stood up, the pain wiped from his face. Dean looked at his friend's face. It seemed emotionless, it wasn't him.
"Monahan." Castiel said.
"Hello." The Primer at the back of the room said. His hood was red and he was wearing a ring with PS on it. "I'm Monahan and I'm amazing in Enochian."
"What did you do to him?" Dean demanded.
"I couldn't let you just come in and heal her!" Monahan chuckled in his fancy chair. "What fun is that?"
"You're sick." Bridget spat.
"I know." Monahan replied, smiling. He rose from his chair and pulled down a red tablecloth, revealing the last body they had to heal. The girl's corpse was behind glass.
"Fix whatever you did you him!" Dean growled.
"With a man bearing the Mark of Cain, I'd say saying no to that is a bad idea." Bridget said.
"You're cute." Monahan said, sitting back into his chair.
"I wasn't asking you." Dean said, clicking his gun.
"And the good part of a locked door is that you can keep people out." Bridget said.
"That's why I locked it."
"People such as..." Bridget paused, putting a hand holding an angel blade behind her. She slowly approached the body. "guards." She smashed the glass with the blade and Monahan flung her to a wall with a flick of his wrist.
"Nice try. Castiel, time to play kill the Winchester." Monahan chimed. Castiel approached Dean. He seemed like a zombie.
"Dean, try to get him to focus!" Bridget said, trying to move.
"Cas, can you hear me?" Dean asked him hopefully. Castiel didn't even blink. "Cas, you don't want to do this."
"Monahan."
It's me, Cas. Remember what I said to you when we were in that crypt?" Dean's voice got shaky. Castiel paused to look at him. "You're the best friend I ever had, you're more than that..."
"Mona.... I..."
"I need you. I can't go on without you." Castiel blinked.
"I... M..."
"I'd be dead without you." Dean put a hand on Castiel's shoulder as his eyes became watery. Bridget was crying.
"I..."
"I love you, Cas." Dean wrapped his arms around Castiel and began to sob loudly.
"I love you, too, Dean." Castiel said, hugging Dean back. Castiel turned, facing Monahan angrily.
His eyes glowed blue as the room was filled with a bright white light. In the light was the shadow of two great wings. He pushed Monahan back with his hand. He went over to the girl, bent over and healed her.
"There's always plan B." Monahan said, pulling down a lever. The ground began to shake.
