About thirty to forty minutes into the party, Freddie leaned back in his chair with a slight groan uttering from him. "Dude, this fucking party sucks." He said to Charlie, who was currently looking through the song playlists on Rebecca's Spotify account with a slight twitch of his whiskers as he listened to his older sibling complain beside him. "Fred, you have to understand that this is a formal dance party and not some funky club with dubstep and techno blaring from the speakers." The white-furred feline said without even turning to look at his brother as he skimmed through the laptop with a certain sense of curiosity. "Our leader really likes a large variety of music on here. Hollywood Undead, Caravan Palace and even some band called Blood On The Dance Floor. I wonder if any of these songs would be interesting and civil enough for this party." He murmured under his breath, catching Freddie's interest for the quiet moment as he sat up and scooted closer to Charlie, looking at the playlist before them for a good amount of time. "Yeah, like a song called 'Cruel Pornagraphy' would be appropriate for this type of party. Rebecca would kill us if we played that kind of stuff right now." The black-furred tomcat said with a slight laugh stirring from this. "Also, what the fuck is with all the goddamn advertisements? It's like we hear more about smoking or people promoting their music rather than listening to music." It was true though, usually, there were about 2-3 ads between every song that played and it something ruined the mood of the whole party altogether. Charlie simply shrugged at this. "Perhaps Rebecca will be able to afford the adfree version when she gets a job in the reality plain or whatever, I don't blame her though for having the free version - I mean, you have to pay it every single month? Sounds like work to me." Freddie leaned back in his chair once again and held back a scream of frustration. "Even this conversation is boring! This is supposed to be a party where we celebrate stuff and every here looks like we're at a goddamn funeral!" The older male couldn't take it anymore and sat up in his chair, shoving his younger brother aside as he took over the computer. "Move over! I'm going to put some class into this dance, all while making it still formal at this same time. Just you watch, Charles, just you fucking watch!" The white-furred tomcat, however, could not watch because he was out of his chair and on the floor from his brother shoving him aside. "You need to calm down." He simply said as he sat up, dusting off his suit before scrambling back up to his seat and watching Freddie go through YouTube instead of Spotify. The black-furred tomcat proceeded to type in 'Por Una Cabeza' into the search box and clicked enter, taking them to a rather formal looking tango song.

"There we are." Freddie muttered under his breath, "I may not be the most classical person in the world, but I know a few good songs to put some spice into a goddamn party that should not be mistaken for a funeral." The white-furred male that now sat beside him raised an eyebrow at his older brother clicked the video and a few seconds passed where the song loaded up, followed by what seemed to be a cliche tango song that everyone seemed to know, but not the actual name of. Freddie and Charlie knew almost immediately that they had seemed to strike gold with this choice as their tails waved to the violin on the song as they seemed to sway to the music slightly as they watched the video on the laptop. As this happened, several of the creatures in the large ballroom seemed to have their attention caught by the tango music, so used to listening to jazz music all this time. This especially caught the attention of Hiro, who was familiar with both the song and the movie that he had learned it from, which was Easy Virtue directed by Stephan Elliott in the year of 2008. "That's such a beautiful song.." He heard a small voice murmured from beside him, which could only mean that Piper was enchanted by the song as well. "A bit cliche, if you ask me, but it is pretty nice." DJ murmured from the other side of her, clearly not really paying attention to how the song seemed to interest his friend, which slightly annoyed Hiro to a certain point, but he didn't dare say anything rude to the male, but this, however, gave him a wonderful idea. "Do you really like it?" Hiro asked Piper as he quietly stood up from his chair, which made the female look up to him. "It is rather beautiful to listen to. It reminds me of old-fashioned ballroom dances, you know, like those old movies would show on television sometimes?" The male knew exactly what she was saying and could not help but smile at this now. "Well, I just so happen to know the dance that goes along with this song, I watched it a long time ago, but I still believe to have remembered the tango that went along with it too." He said, putting one arm against his back as he dipped his head slightly and held out his other hand to Piper. "Since your friend will not be able to dance with you, could I have the honor of having this dance with you, Piper?" This caused a rather reddened blush to form on her face, taken once again by surprise as she stared up at Hiro in a speechless awe now.
