"shh go to sleep. it's okay." were the last words i heard before i fell asleep. about what felt like four hours later passed, i felt an arm wrap around my waist and pull me closer. i inhaled and knew it was taylor.

i kind of moaned and then he laughed. "it's just me. go back to sleep." he said in my ear.

i nodded and wrapped my arms around him and put my head on his shoulder.

**TAYLORS POV**

the alarm started ringing in my ears. i couldn't reach it because it was on her phone which was under her head.

she screamed and said "ow." extremely groggily.

i smiled at her hair that was completely messed up and no makeup except for the last bit of mascara that ran down her face from last night in her dreams.

she clicked the snooze button and then scooted closer to me. i wrapped my arms around her and she did the same to me.

"baby girl we gotta get up in a few minutes. you know that right? you have a game to play and then i have to go to the sports complex for the game tonight. all the boys are coming and they're going to sit with you in the quarterback family section. do you have something to wear or do you need to go shopping?" i asked her as i started to wake up.

she slowly got up and leaned her body weight against me. "c'mon get dressed for your game. you have about a hour until you need to be there to warm up."

**WESLEYS POV**

after i threw my bag in my chair on the court side, i walked to our side of the court where everyone was practicing and warming up. taylor and a few of his teammates were sitting in the student section.

as i looked around in the crowd, a specific face caught my attention. it was my mom and luke. i saw them and the biggest smile came to my face. as she always promised, she was here for every game... no matter what.

i was in for the whole game and got most of our points because I was able to spike from the back row. not many people can do that.

when the game was over, luke ran up to me and hugged me as tightly as possibly known to man.

taylor walked up and while my mom wasn't looking, kissed me and grabbed my ass.

a couple walked up to me and I realized that it was my friend on the team, Kimberly. "hey, Wes. great game. and I would lay off the PDA around coach" she said with a wink.

I blushed and taylor laughed as he put his arms around my neck and I held onto his wrists with my hands.

"taylor your mom couldn't make it to your game tonight so I came... the boys Already found a couple girls to hang out with I guess. I left them at the team tailgating tent." my mom told us as she laughed.

"okay." taylor said as he wrested his chin on the back of my head.

"we're gonna go back to my apartment and change and get dressed then well meet y'all at the game... I'm sitting in the student/players family section. I have first row seats so luke can sit with me If he wants." I told my mom.

luke nodded and mom laughed so I guessed he was with me.

luke and mom came back to my apartment with me and taylor. while I took a shower, taylor was getting ready for his football warm ups.

he put on his football shorts and left his shirt off cause it was supposedly in the car.

as soon as I got out the shower, I put on some faded cut off shorts and a loose, spaghetti strap red halter tank top. I put on my silver diamond hoops earrings that taylor gave me for my birthday two years ago. I paired that with a long, silver chain necklace with a black stone at the end of it. I put on my 6 inch black wedges that were so comfortable.

i put my phone and my license and keys in my purse and walked out into the living room. i turned the tv off and walked down to my Tahoe that taylor was in the back seat with luke and already opened the door for me.

i drove to the field and parked in Taylor's parking spot. this team was so serious about the quarterback.

"hey, I'm going get dressed in the locker room and stuff, I'll be out later whenever we're doing warm ups but just stay clear of any of the press as much as you can, okay? oh, and i love you baby." he said before he kissed me.

"i love you too. good luck." I said as he walked away. luke came with me to the team tailgating tent across from the parking lot.

chase and will both saw me and will grabbed a beer and chase ran up to me and they both picked me up.

I grabbed the beer and opened it on the table corner on the side of me. "nice to see you too boys."
