I laid in his bed, tossing and turning. After my shower I got dressed and stretched out my back, since it was sore from laying down for so long.

Tony's smell blanketed the covers and pillows, making me feel as if he was right next to me. I fought the urge to run into the guest room and snuggle into his body, collecting his warmth.

I wanted to feel his hands pressed against my lower back, pulling me closer into him. I wanted to trace the tattoos that adorned his perfectly tanned skin. I wanted to run my fingers across his facial hair and I wanted to stare into those beautiful eyes of his.

I turned onto my back, staring up at the ceiling impatiently. His shirt hung loose on my shoulders, nearly slipping off. It was of course down to my mid thighs. The pants fit loose on my hips too, causing me to roll them three times to prevent the accidental butt crack exposure.

I pulled the covers up to my chin and let out a sigh. The only sound in the room was of a small clock's hands ticking, so I heard it when the door slowly opened.

At first I was alarmed at the sudden noise due to my overreactive imagination. But it took only seconds for my eyes to adjust to the darkness of the hallway. Tony's tall and muscular frame filled the doorway. I think he thought I was asleep because he just stood there, looking my way for three minutes or so.

I could sense his hesitation as he shut the door and sauntered over to where I was laying. I shut my eyes, to avoid the awkward confrontation we would have if he were to find out I was awake.

His body weighed down the side of the bed as he sat down and moved over to where I was. The bed was gigantic so I tensed up when his arms snaked around me. I hadn't expected the sudden contact.

His strong arms pulled me into his chest. His right leg intertwined with mine and his grip on my stomach loosened. He spread his fingers so that his hand was pressed against it, lightly rubbing against the fabric of the shirt.

Tony kissed the back of my head and let out a sigh. I could feel him relax behind me, which made me more relaxed as well, and I opened my eyes. Welcoming his touch.

Suddenly my eyelids started to droop as I blinked a few times, trying to stay awake so that I could soak in more of this intimate moment. But I couldn't fight the heaviness of my lids, so I gave in and closed them again.

I could feel sleep overcoming me as his voice whispered into my hair, "Thank you."

I was unable to analyze the soft spoken words because soon after my body fell asleep, leaving my mind to curiously wonder if I had heard him correctly.

The next morning I woke up to an empty bed. I half expected his sleeping body to be against mine or on the other side. But to my disappointment, I was alone. I pulled his covers up to my chin, feeling cold and lonely.

I sighed before relaxing my arms and rolling out of bed, knowing that I'll probably be late for class, and to be completely honest, I didn't know what day it was.

I just decided to skip. I went downstairs, trying not to make a lot of noise. The first thing I noticed was Tony's body sprawled across the couch, my book folded on the table.

My heart swelled, knowing he was reading it. A pair of reading glasses were perched on top of it and he looks so perfect.

I sat down near him, just observing the tattoos that adorned his smooth skin. One peaked my interest that I never noticed before. I leaned in towards him trying to decipher what it was. To my surprise it was a wedding ring. A small smile played on my face as I studied the detailed ring. It looked so realistic and had the name, Ryleigh inscribed in the band of the ring.
