"So exactly how many windows are there in this palace?" J-Hope asks.
You, your best friend and the boys were now standing in front of Jaipur's most famous monument. The BTS were looking at the huge palace in front of them, all awed by its architecture. This was your first destination since you landed in Jaipur. Your first place from the list of many beautiful places, the Hawa Mahal.

"It looks like a honeycomb from outside. The design looks so intricate and delicate. How can one manage to build a structure like that?" Namjoon wonders aloud as he keeps on observing the palace looking at each and every side of the palace.
"This palace is known as the Hawa Mahal, where 'hawa' means air or wind and 'mahal' is palace. This palace was build so that the royal ladies in the palace could observe the city everyday and during the festivals without actually being seen by outsiders." Mr. Verma explains as he leads you all inside the establishment.
"Why weren't the ladies allowed to be seen by the outsiders?" Jimin asked.
"The ladies were strictly prohibited from being seen by any outsider other than their own family and husbands. They have a face cover over their head everytime. This is a really old practice which is still being carried out in Rajasthan." Mr. Verma explained.
You all enter the 5-storey palace not from the front gate but from a side road to the rear end.

As you enter the huge palace, you see many other tourists here and there, all looking around the palace, taking pictures, lead by their guides, who explained the history behind the palace.
You look all round the palace, suddenly remembering the last time you had visited the place. Your school trip.

"Students, don't leave the group, we don't want anybody going missing" Your English teacher, Mrs. Khanna, instructs as she takes the attendance. You were a group of 20 students led by three teachers. For you it was the first time going in a school trip. And to making more fun and enjoyable, your best friend also tagged along.
