Chapter 17

Eva's POV

The coronation happened and the world went silent.

It was the "after party" and every important person just loomed around the room. I for one stayed with Harry as was expected of me. I couldn't stop shaking as I feared the future.

"I feel sick may I be excuse outside" I said quietly. I just needed some fresh air, this whole room was too crowded and stuffy.

"Seriously" Luke groaned before looking around "DYLAN, OI" he then called to a dark haired guy. He turned to Harry and walked over

"Yes, my king" he laughed as he bowed Down, Harry laughed back

"What a load of bullshit" Harry laughed as he gripped firmly onto Dylan's hand and they shakes it "anyway Eva needs some fresh air and I can't leave this room so can you take her" he asked. I turned to Harry in shock. I didn't need bloody assisting outside.

"Sure thing, must follow kings orders eyy" he laughed as he took a firm grip onto my arm, what was this.

"Warm her up for me too, if you know what I mean" he said laughing once more, Dylan returned it too before started to drag me outside.

We made it to the doors and a cold breeze hit me.

"You can let go" I said softly, indicating the grip on my arm. He scoffed and squeezed tighter

"I don't think so darling, come on let's go to the shadows"

Jais POV

I had my eyes on Harry and Eva. I turned away for 5 minutes and then the pair turned into just Harry standing by himself and Eva no were to be seen. Instantly I began to walk over to him

"Where did Eva go?" I asked.

"She needed some air" Harry said as he lifted up s cup from a passing tray

Okay good, he let her outside. I began to walk away from Harry and began to go outside.

Evas POV

"Come on, try to keep steady" Dylan spoke. Apparently he was "teaching me methods for luke" but over all it was most likely for his own sick pleasure. I couldn't fight back or anything, for he threatened me, telling me what he would say to Harry and what Harry would do about it. "That's it don't choke". Yep I think you know what state I was currently in.

Soon we heard footsteps approaching and he quickly pulled his Dick out and out it back in this place in a rapid attempt to cover up the scene. I just stood up in a hurry and wiped my mouth since a had some Saliva running.

"Eva, Dylan?" Jai said as he came into view. God I wanted to just run into his arm right now

"I was just keeping her company" Dylan said and Jai just raised his eye brows

"I'll take her from here, go inside Dylan, they have brought about another tray of those cheese rolls you seem so fond of" Jai said giving him a slight glare before he began to walk away.

Jai waited till he got to a reasonable distance before turned back To me. He placed his hands on my shoulders and I instantly began to cry. I couldn't help it, it was practically leaking out of my body, bursting from holding it back too long. Jai pulled me into a hug

"Come on, we will go by the lake, it's behind some trees so no one will interrupt us" Jai said as he placed his hand on my back and began to guide me with him. I felt safe. Even though he resembled that monster greatly, carrying the same face, he somehow made me see past that and instead I saw the glow. The warm glow which Harry didn't seem to have. 

We walked down last the trees and down some stone steps to a moon lit lake. The water rippling the moons reflection gently. It was a beautiful sight and it made my mind forget everything bad.

Made me forget what Dylan did, and Harry as a whole. Jai wrapped his arm around my shoulder

"When ever you need to forgot, come here" he whispered to me as he rubbed my shoulder slightly. I turned to him and sighed slightly

"I think I want to live here" I whispered "I want to build a little hut and live in it, spending my days gazing at the water, forgetting the memories of past and yet to come"

Jai turned to me and looked down upon me

"I'd love that too, when I was younger this is where I'd escape too when Harry got too much, I don't even think he knows about this place you know, he much prefers going out in the bigger woods" Jai said and looked over his shoulder, past the trees and to the left were a dark forest glommed.

"What was Harry like?" I asked and turned to him. Mary didn't give me an satisfying enough answer

"He was the devil in child form" he then coughed "as my father use to say, we should be getting back inside I'm sorry to say, Harry might be getting agitated about your disappearance and could hurt you" Jai said, I felt my heart speed up but I nodded and began to follow him bAck inside. I turned back towards the lake, it was just so beautiful.

I turned back towards the palace which offered no comfort what so ever or even beamed the slightest bit of beauty, even though it was decorated so finely. It's because things happened in there, which made even its aesthetically pleasing sight seem like an horrific mess.
