Is a wizard with no magic a wizard? Especially when past stands between him and each spell.
The only student at Hogwarts with no magical abilities at all Lee Taeyong is fed up of being the laugh of the school, so he decides to challenge the most po...
"Expelliarmus!" yelled Taeyong and Taeil's wand trembled a little in his hand.
"Not bad," he muttered watching his friend who was all sweaty.
He had tried this spell so many times it was the first effort he had made.
Taeil grinned when Sicheng was sending bubbly hearts from the edge of his wand into Yuta, yes these two. Mark was battling little Renjun what wasn't really good for him, he was hanging in the air upside down when a flood of ice was covering the floor underneath him.
"Renjun let me down!" shouted the angry Mark.
"Sorry," Renjun blushed letting him float down gently.
Taeil shook his head, what he had seen during this hour made his hair raise from fear. Renjun had no idea what power he had, he was doing spells Taeil had only heard about without the slightest effort, with a little more practice he could be dangerous even for grown up powerful wizards like headmaster Chen. But Renjun was good, his heart was pure and kind, how Taeil reminded himself even if his scars gave out a signalizing sound. The third animal Ranjun had shape-shifted in was the Slytherin snake, it was a part of his nature, a part that could easily be awoken, when he was scared or angry, yes it could go all wrong in a fraction of a second how Taeil had witnessed it.
But there was one thing that had kept Renjun above the edge for so long, the thing Voldemort had never experienced the only thing Harry Potter was ever more powerful in. Renjun caught his glanced and smiled so Taeil smiled back. Yes he really hoped giving the boy all his love will prevent the snake from ever appearing again.
"Expelliarmus!" shouted Taeyong from behind him and Taeil felt his wand falling out of his hand.
He heard a loud squeal of excitement. He turned to Taeyong who a running along the room yelling and jumping.
"I did it! I finally didi it!" he said washing the sweat off his head.
Taeil laughed, he walked for his wand put it back into his jeans called the boys to sit down in a circle.
"Can I bring Chenle, my roommate to this cool meetings?" asked Renjun.
"It's better if it stays a secret," said Taeil.
"Oh, ok," Renjun seemed unbothered with it.
"So, have you found out something about the prophecy Taeil?" asked Taeyong.
"No, I'm as dumb as before. I was searching everything about tunnels, but the only tunnels from the school are the ones on the Marauder's Map. Each way to Hogwarts has been documented."
"Maybe they, whoever they are will crawl in here from the Weasley Joke Shop," muttered Yuta.
"Don't talk nonsense. The school is the safest place," Mark raised his voice.
"Maybe there is something hidden there, like a weapon," muttered Sicheng.
"We defiantly know one thing, the heir, which is Taeyong is in danger when the fist snow falls, which can happen anytime," Taeil looked at them. "I don't want to scare you, but it is really the only part of the prophecy I'm sure about."
"I think, it's the tunnel from the joke shop, this dark wizards whoever they are, will come here to make a huge battle and to get Taeyong, so we his friends, the bravest must become a living shield. But shit I don't want to risk my ass for you, no offense Taeyong but I still have much I want to do," Yuta laid his hand around Sicheng.
"The enemy is on his way, whose the enemy, Taeyong, the bad guys?" Taeil became sad. "I mean it might be the bad guy's biggest enemy, someone like Harry Potter was."
"We won't figure it out now, just go back to bed, we don't need detention," Taeil moved up from the pillow he was sitting at.
Only then he remembered about the appointment with Vanessa and all hair on his body raised up.
He loved her, he was happy with her, why was he so unwilling to go.
The boys walked out quickly, Renjun parted from them in the first corridor to run back to the Slytherin dungeon.
They were walking swiftly towards the Gryffindor tower, there Yuta stopped in front of the portrait when Taeil turned towards the window.
The night was dark but there were small snowflakes circling in the air lying on the windowsill.
"Snow," whispered Taeil feeling how his breath stopped in his throat.
The boys looked this way all fleeing equally scared.
"Maybe it's the time to tell headmaster Chen," whispered Mark.
"Maybe it was just a misshapen prophecy, has she ever predicted anything useful so far," muttered Yuta crawling through the portrait hole.
Taeil hoped but the hair was crumbling on his boy he decided to keep his wand next to his pillow just in case before he fell asleep.
"Tunnels, tunnels!" Taeyong shouted, he shouted but his cry died in his throat, he opened his eyes to see a shadow above him one that was pressing his mouth shut with a heavy glove.
"Stupefy!" shouted Taeil in the darkness.
A green light mixed with a red one, someone groaned, something heavy fell.
Taeyong wasn't sure if it was still a part of the nightmare but the pain was too real when someone slammed him off the bed onto the carpet, it was a huge guy, over six feet tall with hands made from steel.
Taeyong saw glimmers of Taeil fighting but moments later a spell hit him and he fell back on the mattress while someone took his wand away. Sicheng, Yuta and Mark were trembling all held by people in all back, with faces completely covered.
Taeyong felt he is ready to vomit on the floor, his legs barely holding him, it hurt when he was pulled up forcefully, out of the dormitory down the stairs, through the common room.
