Walter was going to a party. There, I said it. I was kinda shocked when Ray told me that as he finally convinced Walter during community services to go to a party. Now this was shocking. I was happy that Walter decided to go out and socialize, by choice. Which always meant that I will crash with Paige and Ralph for tonight. I ran up the stairs, taking two at a time. I've really never been to a sleepover, so I didn't really know what it was like. I go into my room and pull out my brown leather backpack which has multiple pockets, and a few hidden ones. I take a pair of pj's and rolled it neatly into the leather backpack, and then went into the bathroom and take out my necessities and put it in a make-up bag. I also set out my clothes for the next day, so I won't have to walk around in a pj's. I put a bunch of other stuff that I don't really want to explain, because I'm really lazy.

Wait, did I just break the fourth wall? Whoops.

I place my leather bag on the side of my desk and run downstairs to see Ralph working on his homework. "Hey Ralph, you need any help?" I asked as I jump from the last three steps on the stairs. I land with a smack on the ground and then walk over to Ralph, who is sitting on the table.

"I think I got it." Ralph said as I look over Ralph's shoulder.

"Nope. On number three, you forgot to carry the five and then you divide it."I explained.

"Do you go to school, Kardia?" Ralph asked.

I scoffed. "School is for people that are dumb."

"Well, we all went to school and we are smart." Sly states, trying to help me be more open minded.

"Yeah, but when you're a genius, you kinda know everything that is essential to fuction about life." I said and then resumed looking at Ralph's homework.

"Yeah, but didn't you have any difficulty with your emotional and social side?" Paige asks, curiously. " Or any problems?"

I tilted my head. "Yeah, have a file fill of all the problems I have, but I've learn to adapt." I walk back upstairs,  grab my skateboard, phone and 10 dollars and then I walk back downstairs.

"Hey, I'm going to visit Megan, okay?" I say out loud.

"Okay, just stay safe." Paige said, and I was out the door, on my way to see Megan.

"I can't believe you have this many disorders." Megan said, shocked as she filled to the pages. "And half of these don't even show."

I shrugged. "I learned to live with them. Most of them I figured out myself."

I was at the hospital that Megan lives in, and I just got there 15 minutes ago. I was showing her my file, since I felt more comfortable talking to her then Paige or Toby. I also noticed that Megan was getting a lot paler, more than usual. She was dying, and I knew it. I faced it head on that and  I knew that Walter wouldn't finish that rocket in time, and I knew that she does have weeks. It killed me though. I spend most of my time with Megan every since I met her. Me and her, well, clicked. She felt too much like Megan, and that's what scared me. That she'll leave one day and then I lost another friend that I couldn't save.

"Kardia?" Megan spoke suddenly, snapping me out of my dreamland and back into crappy reality.

"Yeah?"I say as I take her hand, slightly putting pressure on it.

"Don't think about me dying. Please. Please don't think that you can save me cause you can't. Don't start thinking like Walter." Megan pleaded.

I thought about it for a few seconds, then I nodded. "When you go, if you see this girl" I hold out a picture of Sadie. "Tell her that I'll see her in the funny papers."
