"Katt? Katt? Katt, time to wake up." A voice snapped me out of my dreams and back to reality. I sat straight up suddenly, my vision blotted with black dots but I didn't care as I frantity  I realized that I fell asleep while on FaceTime. Wait, I actually fell asleep when I was stressing like shit. I can check that box off.

"Woah, woah, woah, Katt it's just me." Paige assures, rubbing my back in a circlar motion. Everything was still a blur for me, my head still trying to catch up with my actions and thoughts. I felt my phone that seemed heavy in my hand and checked it, surprisingly still having in my hand.

"Three hours?!" I exclaimed and grabbed my charger from my bag, dashing toward the outlet so I could at least have it up to 95 percent. "We have three hours to get ready, why in the he-"

"Kardia, we let you sleep because we all know you crashed around midnight." Paige explained, suddenly her voice sounding very tired and sleepy.

I whipped my head around, fueled with anger and my hands wouldn't stop shaking. "I get that bu-wait a minute, how did you know that I went to bed at 2 am?"

"Because you wanted to make sure that you fell asleep." Walter came out of one of the rooms, walking toward the kitchen fixing his tie up. "You need your rest or else you'll do something irrational on our stay there."

"Walter!" Paige scolded, glaring at Walter before turning toward me. A warm, motherly smile was planted on her face and she tucked a loose strand of my bright yellow hair behind my ear. "Now, go get ready. I'll be waiting here for you."

I glanced at Walter, who was making the last fixes to his black tie in the mirror. "Where is everybody else? It's too quiet."

"Everyone else is downstairs." Walter grabbed his coat and case and just before heading out the door, sending an awkward half smile toward us and left. Paige breathed in relief? I couldn't tell if was the lack of sleep or if she was on the edge because of the stress of, well, us.

"I'm going to get ready..." I announced and grabbed my stuff, slipping away from an very sleepy and possibly pissed off Paige and heading to the bathroom.

I stepped into the bathroom and closed the white door, locking it with a small click! The bathroom smelled like lemon and lime, probably from the shampoos and soaps and lightly of make-up, probably from Paige since Happy doesn't wear any.

I plopped my pouch and the neatly folded clothes, courtesy of Paige, on the sink's counter. I unzipped the pouch to grab my toothbrush and toothpaste to start brushing. I scrolled through my mindscreen as brushed my teeth clean, looking at the new articles and  graphics while Ocean eyes by Billie Eilish played in the backround. I checked the time and spitted into the sink, rinsing my mouth with water and spitting into the sink once again. I wiped my mouth with a towel and plopped it on the side of the sink before rummaging through the pouch again, pulling out the acne bottles for my face. I splash my face with some water before using the acne products, taking away all of the grease and dirt.

As I wiped my face with the same towel as before, my eyes couldn't help but catch the dark bags under my eyes, a permanent reminder of one of my lundray list of problems. They practically jumped out of my milky white complexion, screaming it to the world, Hey I haven't gotten a decent sleep in years! I rock this shit!

I sighed, shaking my head before placing the towel on the rack. I pulled out my hair brush from the pouch and started to brush my tangled golden hair. I threw on a high ponytail and started shoving all of the other stuff, acne products, hair brush, etc; into the pouch. I pulled out my make-up and started the routine that I always do, yet this time, I putted just alittle more effort than usual, even though I knew that by the end of the day, I'll be a mess.
