About an hour later, Todoroki got off work and went to put his coat on. As he lifted his arm to put it in one of the sleeves, his left sleeve slid down a bit, revealing plain skin. Todoroki's tattoo was not visible anymore. "What?" he whispered loudly to himself.

"No, thank you," is what the tattoo used to say, but now it was gone.

How am I supposed to know who caused this? I've had tons of people say this to me today. Who, who could it be? I can't remember. Who are they, what do they look like, how am I supposed to find-

The familiar sound of his coworker interrupted his train of thought. "Dude, you ok? You've been standing there for like three minutes. I know you always look emo and whatever, but the face you're making now looks a bit concerning," his coworker said.

"I'm not emo," he responded, looking away and buttoning up his coat.

"Uh huh. Sure. But seriously, is everything alright?"

"Yeah, it's fine."

Liar.

Shut up, mind.

"Well alright. Let me know if something's bothering you, alright? Have a good evening!"

When Todoroki got home, he was relieved to find out his father was out in the city doing business. He went up to his room. He launched himself backwards onto his bed and laid there, staring at the ceiling. He found his soulmate... kind of. He had a hard time believing it. Todoroki wasn't the only one feeling all sorts of emotions, though.

After hanging out at the cafe, Midoriya parted ways with his new friends and headed home. The day was going great so far in his opinion. As he walked home, he started shivering. Since it was the evening, the weather got colder. He got distracted by katsudon shop close to him that he forgot to see where he was walking. It wasn't until a girl called out that he knew what was about to happen. "Ice! Watch out!" When Midoriya turned his head away from the shop to see who called out, it was too late. He walked straight into a large block of ice two people were carrying. Luckily, the ice didn't fall or break. Midoriya on the other hand, was rubbing the red mark that now covered his forehead and nose. He wondered why today was such an unlucky day for him, especially with ice related events. The girl who called out to him ran up to him and asked if he was alright.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks." Midoriya said kindly, but it was obvious he was still in a bit of pain.

After some short introductions and a small conversation, they decided to parted ways. Midoriya did not want to worry his mother after all. As he walked off, the girl called out once more. "Oh! Congratulations on finding your soulmate by the way!" Midoriya looked at her in confusion. He glanced down at his wrist and gasped.

I-is this for real? Since when? Wait a minute, her first word to me was ice... could she really be...?

"Are you...?" he started to ask and pointed to her, but couldn't finish asking his question.

"Oh, no! I still have my tattoo. Wait, do you not remember meeting your soulmate? Or maybe you don't have a soulmate? I apologize!"

What...?
