Mutual Feels: A Nash Grier Fanfic

The next day

Kelsi POV:

Well at least I got properly dressed for school today. I had to walk over to Nash's house, though, and hand him his clothes.

It's about 7:00 right now, I should probably leave for school. I think I'm just going to walk today...

I've been walking for about 10 minutes when I hear running and giggling behind me. I turn around expecting to see nash, but I instead see Bri and Stef. I see in their hands syrup and a coffee. I'm puzzled at first but then I realize they probably want to dump that stuff on me. OH HECK NAH NOT TODAY NOT WHEN I ACTUALLY LOOK DECENT.

"Crap!" I yell and start running for my life. I slip off my vans and start streaking down the street. I look to see Bri and Stef slowly lose ground behind me. Ah geez... I catch my breath and continue to jog to school. I go right to a mirror to see my face is red and my hair is screwed up. Oh great. Well it won't matter anyhow since track starts tomorrow...

I look at my schedule..

1st Period : ELA
2nd Period : Social Studies
3rd Period : Math
4th Period : Lunch
5th Period : Gym
6th Period : Science
7th Period : Home and Careers
8th Period : Orchestra
9th Period : Spanish

Ok so I think Alyssa said she would be in ELA and SS with me...

I walk over to room 210 and sit down. I hear people saying
"who's that?"
"Is she new here?"
"Who is she?"

I look around and find Alyssa.
"Hey Alyssa!"

"Oh hi Kelsie!"

"I'm really nervous... Will I have to go up and introduce myself?" I question.

"I doubt Mrs. Daniel would make you do that.." Alyssa trails off as our teacher enters into our classroom.

She scans the room and her eyes land upon me.

"Hello class, I want to inform you that we have a new student, Kelsie Farley, joining us today."

"Kelsi why don't you stand up and introduce yourself?"

I shoot Alyssa an evil glare and she looks back at me with puppy dog eyes.

I stand up nervously and then find my confidence. "Hi, I'm Kelsi, and I'm from Pennsylvania. I do track and swimming and love laughing." Oh crap was it weird to say I love laughing? "Uh.. " is stutter, "it will be nice to meet all of you this year."

I awkwardly sit back down in silence and the lesson starts. Longest 40 minutes of my life.

I make through social studies and then have to seperate with Alyssa. I should make some new friends. I find my way to math and sit in the middle. I see a girl sitting alone and attempt to say hi. She shoots me an evil stare so I back off. I then see a bunch of girls talking so I walk over towards them and introduce myself. They were super nice to me and I guess they do track too. Their names were Gia, Noelle, and Reid.

Everyone is talking for awhile and then suddenly the class goes silent and all eyes advert towards the back. Umm... I look to my back and see Nash.

He's in my math class? But I'm in honors! And well... He's nash?!

"Yo, you're in my seat dweeb." Nash says.

"Who cares" I reply. " I want to sit here"

"Just move, I actually need to sit in the middle because I'm important." Nash retorts.

This guy will be the death of me.

"So am I. Oh- I think you dropped something on the way in though?!" I say surprised.

"What? what did I drop?" Nash frantically looks around.

"You dropped your manners" I say.

I'm very proud of myself, that was an amazing burn Kelsi, you go girl! Hahaa jk I suck at comebacks.

Nash gives me this look and I swear to goodness in that moment it was the ugliest face I had ever seen.

Well, great start to the second day of school.
