16:Apartment T46

I have to say Johanna Reyes doesn't surprise me. And by the looks of Tobias face it doesn't surprise him either. The new city is amazing and I must say I can't wait to move into an apartment here.At first I was afraid to live without factions, but now I'm glad we have had this change.

"Nice to see you Four, Beatrice, and Caleb. Shall we get started."

"Of course"replies Caleb.

"Okay so as you could have probably told, we are rebuilding the entire city. We first started with the largest buildings working our way down. The hub will be the only building used for government purposes. The rest will be converted into apartments, shops, and so on. The old faction headquarters will be used to train certain jobs like amity headquarter for farmers, dauntless headquarters for our officers and security, erudite headquarters for factories and to research new items, then abnegation and candor will be used for other apartments since they served no real purpose. It may sound like factions right now but it completely different. People will be free to choose a job of their liking without having a ceremony of any sort. Children will go to school until they are eighteen and then choose a job. Security,farmers,and scientist are not the not the only jobs though. there are shop workers, janitors, front desk, nurses, etc. People will be paid depending on their job. The pay they get can be used to buy clothes, food, housing, etc. anyone that lived in the city before will get to choose their jobs first and will be able to pick an apartment without paying. This May seem confusing at first but you will get used to it. Any questions?"

"Umm no i think you summed it up pretty well."

"Okay the front desk worker will ask you in what building or section of the city you would like to live in. she will take you there and let you pick your apartment out. Then tomorrow morning she will be at each of your apartments to chart what job you want. I you have any questions feel free to ask."

"Okay thanks"

The front desk worker comes back into the room and into the lobby. Everyone else that came with us is in there. She explains what Johanna explained to us and then ask we're they want to live.

Christina In a large building in the center of the city. Peter at near amity headquarter. Caleb in same building as Christina. Amar and George near dauntless headquarters. Zeke and Shauna move in together in the building next to Christina. Uriah is also in the same building.

" Tris where would you like to move?"

"Umm let me think a minute." I look at Tobias with wide eyes. He whispers" will you move in with me". I nod.

"Where? what job do you want?"

"I don't care where. But Johanna asked me if I would be her assistant and I told her yes."

"Ok. I would like to move into the same building as Caleb and Christina."

"Okay and Four where would you like to move?"

"Same apartment as Tris."

"Okay I think I got everyone, now I'm going to take everyone to there building where they can choose an apartment. Christina,Caleb,Tris,and Four first since they live in same building."

We get in the car with her and drive to building. Christina chooses a small apartment on floor 3 and Caleb chooses a slightly larger apartment on floor 27.

"Do you have any rooms with a balcony or window overlooking city?"i ask.

"Actually there might be one the top floor."

She takes us there to apartment T46 and sure enough there is. It's a gorgeous balcony with pots to put plants in. On the inside of apartment there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, it is completely furnished. It is perfect. Tobias looks in my eyes then turns away.

"We will take it"he says

"Perfect I'll tell Johanna as soon as possible and be here in the morning to see what jobs you would like. goodbye"

"Bye"

Now Tobias and I are all alone in the apartment where we will start the rest of our lives together.

So basically the city works the same way it works today in our lives. Sorry if it was confusing, it was a little hard to explain. Oh and did you catch T46?
