Letter 53

Dear Yoongi,

Everyone sat together at lunch today.

It didn't start out like that but we did somehow end up squishing seven boys at our table.

There was you and I, Namjoon, Jin, Hoseok, Jimin and Taehyung.

It was strange to have everyone together but it was also nice. It seemed like you and Jimin got over whatever problem you guys had. Taehyung seems weary of you and Hoseok is still weird around me but, over all, lunch was fun.

I had given you half my food and you gave me yet another cookie. The boys, other than Jin and Namjoon, seemed to be confused by our eating rituals but neither one of us cared.

Along the way you had slipped your hand into mine and squeezed it. I smiled down at you as you gave me a gummy smile.

Life could not have been any more perfect.
