Calum's POV

I sat at home in my room, thinking about Arabella. I haven't seen her at all this week. Maybe I should call her?

I was snapped out of my train f through when the doorbell rang.

I opened the door to find Luke standing there.

"Hey Calum, can I come in?" He asked.

"Uh, yeah ok" I said, letting him in.

"So... I have something to tell you." Luke started

"Ok..." I replied

"I know you and Arabella kissed." He said

"It was before you and her were together, I swear." I explained.

"I know, I know. I just wanted to let you know that it was meaningless." He said

"Uh, what?" I asked

"She told me it meant nothing to her and that she regrets it. She just wants I be with me, so you should back off." He explained.

"Oh, uh, ok." I said hesitantly.

"Anyway, I better go. Just make sure you stay away from my girlfriend.

I'll see you around." He announced before walking out of the door.

Why would she kiss me I it meant nothing? Is it because of what I said to her at Josie's last week?

How do I know if Luke's telling the truth anyway, for all I know he could have made the whole thing up.

Arabella's POV

It's been a week since I last spoke to Luke and Calum. I haven't been at school, because I really can't be bothered.

All this drama is getting to much for me and I can't be bothered with it anymore.

But I need to fix things now. I'm gonna go to see Calum and sort things out with him.

I drove to Calum's house and parked up the car.

I knocked on his door and waiting for him to answer.

"Oh, it's you." He said bluntly when opening the door.

"Yeah. Can I come in, I really need to speak to you." I said.

"Yep." He replied.

"We haven't spoken in a while." I started.

"I know." He said bluntly.

"Is everything ok Cal?" I asked.

"I don't know, why don't you ask your boyfriend?" He questioned

"What?" I asked.

"Luke. He came over here earlier, telling me about how our kiss meant nothing to you and that you want me to 'back off'" he explained.

"What?! I never said that" I told him.

Why the fuck is Luke lying to him.

"Oh so Luke's lying is he? Your precious boyfriend is lying?" He asked sarcastically

"Look cal, he's not my boyfriend." I told him

"Don't lie to me Arabella" he said

"I'm not! him and I pretended to date to try and make you jealous. It was a stupid idea, I know. But I just wanted to know if you liked me as much as I like you." I explained.

"Really?" He asked.

"Really." I confirmed.

"How do I know you're not lying?" He said.

I leant in and kissed him, wrapping my arms around him and pulling him close. I pulled away and rested my forehead against his.

"Does that answer your question?" I asked, smirking.

"Hm, I don't know. I think you need to be more persuasive than that" he said grinning, before kissing me again.

"Now does that answer your question?" He asked

"What?" I said

"You said you needed to know whether I like you as much as you like me. And I'm pretty sure I do" he explained.

"Well then, where were we?" I said flirtatiously, before leaning in for a third kiss.
