Still A Flashback

Is that blood?

She finished up drinking, but she didn't even bother to wipe the liquid off her face. Daniel's mouth was agape, he was too shocked to even care how weird he would look like when people see him.

She stared at Daniel with fierce eyes. He didn't know how to react, heck he didn't even know what the hell was happening. He couldn't process anything that was happening into his brain, it just didn't make any sense.

She took the oblivious Daniel as an advantage, to her dissatisfaction. She saw that his sleeve was rolled up too. The girl didn't hesitate to grip his arm tightly and sink her teeth onto his soft skin in a second.

The sudden pain caused Daniel to slightly jump and shout. He never even imagined of how a human being's teeth could be so sharp until this happened.

But is she even really human?

On the other hand, Woojin was searching for Daniel all around the school. He was getting late for class and Woojin didn't want to take the blame for him. It wasn't his fault, it was just that it was the second day they got there and he did not want to go to detention because he wasn't able to get Daniel to class early.

If that even made any sense. Woojin just needed to be careful.

When he heard Daniel's screams of pain, he felt a wave of alert and shock crash onto him. He followed the sounds for a brief period of time before he saw Daniel and the teenage girl 'fighting'.

He did the only thing he would do when something like that happens, it was kind of natural for him to do it.

He stopped the time.

Everything surrounding Woojin stopped immediately. Not a single thing moved or a sound heard.

The only thing that created noise at that time was Woojin's fast footsteps as he ran towards Daniel.

"What did you get into now?" He asks out loud, even though he knew that Daniel couldn't hear him.

He looked at the girl, slowly cringing away from her. Seriously, blood was dripping from her teeth.

Woojin slowly lifted her head off from Daniel's bruised arm and grabbed a tissue from his pocket. He wiped off the red dripping from her mouth, and then on Daniel's arm.

"What do I do now..?" He asked himself. An idea popped into his head, but it wasn't the best plan. He was simply just in panic but he didn't want to stay an eternity there and think of what to do.

He can, he just thought that was too much work.

Woojin dragged her back inside, and had to search for the women's bathroom to throw her in.

Eventually, he passed the janitor's closet and thought, 'why not?' So he put her in there and prayed that she didn't kill the first person who walks into the closet.

Once he finished his business, he got back to Daniel. He frowned at the fresh cut. Woojin sighed and unlocked
his other friends from the time freeze. Sure enough, he got message from Jihoon- not by texting, though.

He told Woojin with telepathy.

It was a thing they had.

All Jihoon said was, "What happened?"

"I'll explain later, right now, I need all of you to be here now. Locate yourselves."

"... How are we supposed to do that? Time practically stopped-"

"Now's not the time, Guanlin."

"...Okay."

The first person to arrive was Jihoon, to no shock. He observed Daniel from his face to his arm. "What happened to him..?" He looks closer to the wound, "I can practically feel the pain."

"Let's wait for the others to come first," Woojin said, motioning for Jihoon to wait.

One by one, they all arrived. Woojin began telling the story from the water bottle to what he did to the girl.

"But that doesn't make any sense?" Guanlin said. "It does to me.." Jihoon bragged proudly.

"I don't know how-"

"Move aside," Jinyoung ordered, shoving Woojin lightly to the right. He carefully placed his hand onto Daniel's arm, healing it quickly.

"Oh.. I forgot you could do that.." Woojin muttered. "You know, you could've done that when you just ca-"

"Wait, something's not right.." Jihoon cut Woojin off. "She's awake."

"Awake? What do you mean?" Jinyoung asked him, seeming confused.

"Unlocked! She's unfrozen from the time freeze!"
