ARAGU

War (Part I)

"Aera!" Xaeron yelled after she got out of the castle. "Send all the Elementals to the walls of the City."

Aera nodded and ran to the horse nearby. Xaeron looked at the sky, it was darken by smoke that was coming from the City. Even though it was almost dawn, the black smoke covered the night sky.

"Xaeron!" Princess Frea called out to her. "Go to the bunkers now! The citizens are already there." Xaeron said and flew with her fire coming out from both of her hands and feet.

She went to where Aera was, and she saw how the City was destroyed by the dark shadow balls coming from the other side of the wall.

She landed on the ground and Aera saw her. "Master, all Elementals are here." Xaeron nodded.

"Trek!" Xaeron yelled his name and in a second he appeared. "I want you to lead the fire Elementals. Aera, you lead the air Elementals."

The two nodded. "I want you to return the dark shadow balls to them. Let them taste their own medicine." Xaeron smirked.

The two went to their positions and with the other Elementals.

"Water Elementals! Gather up!" Soon both male and female Elementals went to Xaeron.
"Go around the City and put out every fire you see. And also, if ever a dark shadow balls comes in your way just avoid it."

They all nodded and ran to any direction towards the City.

"Watch out!" Xaeron looked up and saw a dark shadow ball falling right straight to her.

She blocked it with her enormous amount of fire and pushed it towards the other side.

A lot of explosions are heard from here and there. Xaeron flew towards the top of the wall. Aera was already there.

"How did you do that?" She asked her Master. "It's simple, just let your air flow out of your hands and feet. But point it to the ground." Xaeron said and Aera nodded.

"What's the status?" Xaeron asked.

"There's a lot of them. They just keep coming." Aera answered.

"Wanna do the old times?"  Xaeron asked her apprentice. "Really? Are you letting me out there?"

"Why not? I trained you for this things." Xaeron smirked.

Aera only nodded and smile like there's no tomorrow. "Trek your in charge!" Xaeron yelled.

"What?!" Trek was surprised, he was about to say something when the two jumped down towards outside the wall.

"Damn it! Support them!" Soldiers who were on the top of the wall is now firing towards the Shadow Knights.

Trek climb up to the wall and was surprised of what he had witnessed.

Aera and Xaeron was completely out of control. They were killing all the Shadow Knights they encounter.

It was amazing how the two of them manage to defeat half of the army of Shadow Knights.

"What do you expect from the Master of Fire and her apprentice?" Everyone was in awe, but Trek was wondering how the two of them manage to smile in times like this.

"Let's support them!" Trek yelled, "Come with me!" Trek jumped and followed by the soldiers.

They killed every Shadow Knights. Air, water and fire joined forces as one.

Xaeron was having too much fun and was enjoying slicing bodies with her fire. Some burnt from it and all the screams in agony was heard from the battlefield.
