War (Part II)

The fight between Xaeron and Terrent continues. Princess Frea was worried that Xaeron will be defeated, but all those doubts vanished like a bubble when she saw how Xaeron was enjoying the fight.

Terrent attacked Xaeron with his dark power, Xaeron was dodging it and she hit him an enormous fire ball.

Terrent didn't have time to dodge so he only shielded himself with his dark shadow power.

The throne room looked way more than the throne room before. The walls have cracked, also the marble floor and even the throne was destroyed.

"Give it all you've got pet!" Xaeron yelled and Terrent screamed as the fire was penetrating his shield. It was too hot for him, he had wounds all over his body.

His right arm was burnt and his clothes were tore almost into pieces. Terrent jumped out of the way and let the fire hit the throne once more.

Explosions can be heard and there are little debris flying into the room. Princess Frea had to cover herself.

Princess Frea looked at the two who's fighting with each other and didn't even realized, Lucille was behind her.

"Hello there, Princess!" Lucille said through gritted teeth and grabbed Princess Frea by the neck. The Princess struggled from her grip but Lucille gripped tighter.

She was choking the Princess and point a dagger to her neck.

Lucille looked at Terrent and realized that Terrent was getting weak. He can't fight anymore if ever Xaeron launched another attack.

"Cut it out, you two!" Lucille shouted at them, Xaeron turned and saw the Princess being held captive.

"Looks like, my job here is done." Terrent said, loud enough that Xaeron can hear it.

Xaeron glared at the old woman, "Not so fast pet." Xaeron smirked and sprint towards Lucille. In a snap, Xaeron was standing in front of the two ladies.

Lucille was surprised and her gripped loosened, Xaeron noticed this and grabbed Princess Frea by her body and swiftly kicked the old lady. Sending her towards the cracked wall.

"Are you okay?" Xaeron scanned the Princess' neck. "I'm fine Xaeron."

Xaeron turned to Lucille but she wasn't there anymore. "I'm afraid I'll be ending our fight today." Terrent said.

Xaeron shot him a fire ball but she was too late when Terrent vanished.

"Curse them!" Xaeron yelled.

Princess Frea was trying to calm her but her attention was caught by the sound of an explosion outside.

"Wait, if your here. Then who's outside?" The Princess asked.

"Don't worry, Aera and Trek handled it." Xaeron said and tried to even her breath. She lost too much energy from the fight.

"Go and help them!" Princess Frea commanded but Xaeron ignored her.

"I told you, they handled the situation."

"If your not helping them, then I would!" Princess Frea stomped her feet and ran outside as fast as she can.

She was worried that maybe the Shadow Knights penetrated the City. But to her surprise, it wasn't an explosion from war. It was fireworks. Although the sun was just about to rise, the fireworks were amazing.

Princess Frea saw her people celebrated their victory. The King and the citizens were now outside the bunkers and helping the wounded Elementals and soldiers.
