*4 Weeks later*
"Merry fucking Christmas!" Balz shouts, holding lots of presents, walking into my house, covered in snow.
"Merry Christmas!" Everyone shouts back.
The boys in Motionless in White, their girlfriends and all our friends are here celebrating Christmas at mine and Ricky's place.
"Okay watch out, this is very hot and took very long." Ryan anxiously said, holding a large pan of something.
Little did everyone know, Ryan has a soft side for cooking. He's a secret chef.
"Foods ready!" Ryan-Ashley cheers from the kitchen.
Everyone rushes to the large table covered with delicious food for everyone to eat.
"Alright now who's saying grace?" Balz asks.
"Um we're goth dude, we don't "say grace"." Chris laughs.
"I know I was just fucking with ya." Balz chuckles.
Everyone finished eating their Christmas dinner and is now making their ways to the living room. The Christmas tree shined and the snow was coming down hard. The fireplace was on and the smell of cinnamon filled the house.
"Alright, this present is to Ricky." Ghost says, handing Ricky a neatly wrapped gift.
"This one is for Chris." I smiled, handing my brother a wrapped present.
It was a picture of Chris and I when we were younger. We're sticking our tongues out and putting our middle fingers up.
"Aww, Ellie this is the greatest gift ever. Come here." Chris awed, opening his arms for me.
I hugged Chris and he hugged me back tightly. It was always nice having Chris in my life. Since our fathers were never there, with mine being in Prison and his father with his new family.
After opening presents, we put on a Christmas movie for everyone to fall asleep too. It was very late and no one was driving home in this condition. Everyone made themselves comfortable in the basement. The tv down there is huge. Everyone had blankets and pillows.
It was the middle of the movie, no one was paying attention, everyone was just talking with each other.
The doorbell rang.
"Who could that be? There's a snow storm outside. What the actual fuck?" Chris asked.
"I'll go check it out." I said, standing up.
Chris, Ricky and Ryan followed me up the stairs.
I opened the door, revealing Oli.
"Oli? What are you doing it's freezing outside." I said, pulling Oli inside.
"I'm so sorry, Ellie." Oli started crying.
"What do you mean?" I asked, trying my best to warm Oli up.
The boys were just watching us.
"Go down stairs now." I demanded the 3 of them. I knew this conversation wasn't going to be good.
Oli smelled of alcohol, and drugs.
"I used again. I told myself I wouldn't drink or do drugs again but I did and I really messed up." Oli cried.
"Oli.." I spoke, in a soft tone.
I stood up on my tip-toes, hugging Oli. He was still crying.
I took Oli's hat, gloves, scarf, coat and boots off.
"I'm pretty sure I have some of your Pj's here, would you like to change into them. You can stay here the night and we can talk about it. Does that sound okay?" I ask, holding Oli's cold face with my warm hands.
Oli nodded and followed me to the bathroom, where I gave him pj's to change into. I left the bathroom and waited outside the door.
Oli unlocked the door and I gave him a blanket.
"Do you want some coffee or hot chocolate or something?" I ask.
"Hot chocolate sounds nice right now." Oli said, giving off a weak smile.
I proceeded to make Hot Chocolate for Oli. I added peppermint sugar and marshmallows, just like he likes it.
"Here you go." I smile, sliding over the mug to Oli.
"It felt so good." Oli spoke.
"Excuse me?" I questioned.
"The feeling, the rush of it. Doing drugs and drinking again." Oli spoke once again.
I knew the exact feeling he was describing. It was an amazing feeling. This feeling had the power to make you feel, powerful.
I just looked at Oli with sad eyes.
"Was it worth it?" I asked.
Oli didn't answer me. I shook my head lightly, drying the mug I had used. I looked at the mug, looked at Oli, then back to the mug.
I placed the mug down and wrapped a fuzzy faux fur blanket around him.
"Here, you can change into these and then we can chat for a bit, how does that sound?" I asked, giving a weak smile.
Oil just nodded, grabbing the men's pj set and walking to the bathroom. He walked away, slouching and took his time in the bathroom.
Ricky walked up the stairs from the middle basement.
"What the fuck Ellie?" Ricky whispered, shaking his head in disbelief, shrugging his shoulders.
"He's in a really bad place right now Ricky, you have to understand he needs someone right now." I replied calmly.
"I don't mean to sound like a dick but, why you?" Ricky asked.
"I'm the only one who understands."
"I get it you're trying to be nice but just remember you're MY girlfriend." Ricky sternly said, walking back downstairs.
Oli came out of the bathroom and sat on the couch next to me.
"You good hun?" I asked with sincerity, rubbing his upper arm.
Oli gave a weak response of yes.
His eyes were swollen red, the stench of alcohol and puke reeked off of him. You could tell he hasn't changed in clothes in a few days.
I need to help him.
