Love at Fifth Sight

Chapter 1

First Concert

The girls of Fifth Harmony are on stage having just finished singing "Worth It" are now singing, their 1st single, "Miss Movin On" when the boys of One Direction come out to watch them.

"Aye, the girls still got it!" Harry said over all the commotion in the stadium. Liam nodded his head in agreement as he watched. "But Ally tho," Niall said with a smirk.

"Awww Nialls gotta crush!" Louis teased. "Do not!!!" Niall argued. Louis rolled his eyes as he smirked, "Whatever."

Louis was about to ask Zayn a question but he couldn't find him. Then he spotted the Bradford boy, sulking in a corner.

"Hey guys Zayn"s still upset, let's go see if we can get him hyped before the show starts," Louis said as he started walking over towards him.

The rest of the boys followed him.

"Hey. You still upset over you and Perrie," inquired Liam.

"Yeah man, I don't understand why all these lies are surfacing. I have way to much respect and love towards her to have broken up over text. And I never pretended to love her. Like the fuck?! All of this crap in the tabloids are all lies! I just, she just- she wasn't the one," Zayn ranted.

No one knew what to say.

"The lies come with the job mate, you'll get over all of this. Come on, let's go watch the 5H girls. Their song makes sense just replace miss with mr," Harry offered.

Zayn and the others laughed slightly as they got up to watch the girls. The boys were able to see the last few minutes of their performance. When they were done the girls walked over to talk to the boys a bit, all except for Dinah.

"What'd ya think guys?" Camila asked looking specifically at Harry. Harry took her hand, raised it in the air and kissed it, "It was amazing, just like you."

Camila blushed and tried to hide underneath her hair as she said, "Thanks."

"No problem, well we hope you guys are glad to be touring with us because we sure are happy to have you," said Harry.

"Of course we're glad to be touring with y'all!" responded Ally.

The boys smiled.

"So how have you guys been?" Normani asked.

"Good. Zayn's been going through a lot tho," answered Liam. The girls turned and noticed Zayn looking down in the dumps.

"What's wrong?" Normani inquired.

"Well you heard about him and Perrie, right?" Liam responded.

"Yeah," the girls said in unison, "They broke up right?" questioned Ally.

"Yeah, well he's just a little upset about how the media is taking it. Him and Perrie didn't end on necessarily good terms but it's not as bad as the media's making it seem," says Niall.

"Sorry to hear that. Dinah's in a bad mood to. She broke up with Nela the other day. He had the guts to cheat on her," Lauren explained. Zayn looked up, "That's to bad."

Everyone looked over at him in surprise. "What? I may be sad. But it doesn't mean I can't hear you," retorted Zayn.

Zayn looked at his band and at the girls of Fifth Harmony. He examined each girl, since he hadn't seen them in awhile. First was Normani. She was still beautiful, with her flawless dark skin and flowing locks. Which always always perplexed him. Was it natural or was it weave.

(A/N I swear to all that is holy if you think I'm racist just cuz I said weave then you need to sort out your priorities cuz it's not. I know I'm not offended and I'm black! So why should you?)

Next was Ally. She was still adorable. Still short. Still a ray of sunshine, so Nialls crush made sense to him. Then there was Camila, Harry's crush. She was still, well, Camila! She had always been quirky since they met back on X Factor, but she seemed to have mellowed out and matured since they last met. He could see Harry and her being a thing someday. Then there's Lauren, she was pretty pale but had become tanner since last they met. Her eyes still pierced into your soul, which was beautiful yet eerie. Now that he's got reacquainted with each of them he was ready to start the show. But wait! He hasn't seen Dinah yet! How was she? How had she changed? Zayn wasn't looking for anything with these girls he just wanted to really get to know the people he'd be traveling with for the next 6 or so months. You know besides the stuff he learned the handful of times they hung out. Zayn felt someone nudge his shoulder.

"Zayn stop staring at the girls. You look like a creeper," Louis whispered.

Zayn snapped out of it, "Uh terribly sorry. Didn't mean to be awkward."

"Oh its fine," responded Ally.
The girls nodded in agreement.

"Great well I'll be back soon. I gotta go do something," said Zayn.

"WHAT!!! Zayn we're on in like 2 minutes!" exclaimed Harry.

"I don't even do much in this song. Just go on ahead I'll be ready by the next song," said Zayn.

"Ugh, ok. Fine, but you better be ready." demanded the long haired friend.

Zayn nodded and smirked as he ran off backstage, the rest of the band went on stage and the girls went to talk to some Harmonizers.

Zayn went backstage to greet the last fifth of Fifth Harmony. When he got to Dinah, she was sitting down. He moved a few tears fall to the floor. He felt bad for her, they we're in similar predicaments. He walked over to her and sat down, "Hey um, Dinah. Are you ok?" Zayn asked.

Why did I ask her if she was ok. OBVIOUSLY she's not. Zayn thought to himself.

Dinah looked up and saw Zayn. She wiped away her tears, "Um yeah I'm fine. The song we sung just got to me," she answered.

"Because of your break up?" questioned Zayn.

Dinah looked at him in shock, "Uh yeah actually. How did you know that?"

"The girls told me and the boys," answered Zayn.

Dinah sighed, "This is so embarrassing..."

Zayn sat down next to Dinah and laughed, "Yeah I know what you mean. The guys are going around telling everyone about Perrie and the tabloids."

Dinah looked up at him questioningly.

"Yeah, I heard about that. Is it all true? Like the text thing," asked Dinah.

"No... I may have broken up with her, but I'm not that much of a douche," Zayn said trying to defend himself.

"I would hope not," said Dinah with a small smile. He smiled back, "Well nice seeing you again Dinah. I just wanted to get reacquainted. You know cuz we're gonna be traveling together for like 6 months," Zayn said as he got up to get ready to perform.

Dinah laughed, it was a cute laugh Zayn thought.

"Ok, I get it. Well break a leg out there Zayn," she said with a smile.
"Will do. By the way you were great out there," replied Zayn.

"Thanks," Dinah said as she blushed.

Zayn smiled and went on stage with the rest of the guys.
