Back with the girls

The girls went back to the states after the reunion. After being with Dinah's family for so long the girls were missing theirs. They each went back home to their home states to spend time with their family before they left for Denmark for the Hansen reunion. That meant their apartments in Cali were empty. So they all asked Dinah to check their mail while they were gone. Dinah agreed. One day Dinah went and picked up their mail around 6:30. When she got home it was around 6:50pm.

"Awww crap. Mutual starts in 10 minutes!" Dinah said to herself, "Kamila lets go! Grab the others!" She yelled.

"I'm not feeling to well! And aunty took her family out to tell them something and the boys went to a basketball game! None of the youth in the house are here. You're alone tonight. Sorry! Have fun as YW secretary with Bri!" Kamila yelled back.

"It's fine. If anybody asks I'm at mutual!" Dinah yelled. "Ok see you later!" Kamila replied.

Dinah was out the door. The church building where, mutual was held, wasn't far. So she ran and got there just in time. It was a nice jog to. To get there she had to run past the beach. As she sat down and talked to some old friends. Opening exercises were beginning. They sang a song, had spiritual thought, and a prayer. As soon as prayer ended someone came in. Dinah gasped.

"What's he doing here? He hasn't come in months?" Dinah asked Briannah.

"I'm not sure?" Briannah said.

Nela looked around for a seat. As he looked around his eyes met Dinahs. He gave her a slight smile. Dinah turned away.

"I'm not feeling so good. I'm gonna go home. I'll see you Sunday ok?" Dinah said. Briannah nodded in understanding, "Ok see you Sunday."-she said sadly as she stood up for a hug.

Dinah hugged her back.

"Don't let him get to you," Briannah whispered to Dinah. Dinah nodded, "Thanks."

"No problem. You may be a big hotshot celebrity now, but doesn't change the fact you're my ride or die," Briannah said with a smile.

Dinah laughed and started to do their handshake from when they were kids.

"Best friends?" Dinah said as they ended with another hug.

"Best friends," Briannah confirmed .

Dinah walked out the door of the church. This time she didn't run. She didn't even go home. As the beach came into view, Dinah decided to stay there a little while. She walked over to a little, sand cave, like area. The entrance was hidden behind beach foliage, dangling sea weed, sand, and a couple of flowers. This spot was hers. She forgot how she found it, but she liked it. She hadn't been there in a year or two, cuz she was so busy, so as she sat down her head hit the top, and sand fell down. Not a lot, but enough for Dinah to have to shake it off her head. Apparently she had grown that much. Dinah laughed as she lowered her head, hugged her knees and sighed as she watched the waves through the hanging sea weed.

I JUST got over my boy troubles, and then he decides to show up! Dinah thought to herself with a sigh

She stayed in her position a little while before she heard footsteps from above.

Someone walked in front of the entrance to her "cave". She watched as they grabbed 2 flowers from the side of the"cave". She held her breath hoping they wouldn't find her. The person stood up straight and shook off the sand from their pants. Dinah sighed in relief, but she should have held it. As soon as she relaxed she saw the face of one of the last people she wanted to see.
