Nick pulled me away from Kyler and I started screaming and trying to get away.
It wasn't working too well which was odd. Vampires are stronger. Why wasn't I stronger? The way I was fighting was just like it was before I was turned. Horribly.
Kyler, Kody, and Alex were all trying their hardest to get away.
At least four wolves were holding each of them down and they were still having trouble.
"Now... if you don't mind, I'm off to go get your girl pregnant." Nick said as he dragged me off.
I started screaming and trying even harder to get away from him.
There was no way I was going through that again! No way in hell!
Tears started running down my face as I was being dragged off.
As we passed the gate, I clung to it, not going to let go.
But, since it had recently rained, the bars were wet and I couldn't get a good grip.
I tried anyways.
Before we got to Nick's car, he was on the ground, bleeding and I was in someone else's arms.
I looked up at whose arms I was in. Kyler's!
I wrapped my arms around him and he tightened his grip around me.
Alex and Kody had gotten out of the wolves grip and were now kicking major ass.
I hadn't even noticed that more vampires had showed up until now.
Kyler and I were in our room in less than a couple of seconds.
"Are you alright? Did he hurt you?" Kyler asked, giving me a once-over.
Once he figured out I was fine, he pulled me to him.
"I'm sorry I left you. I'm so, so, so, sorry."
I held him tight and he tightened his grip on me, not going to let go, but I didn't care one little bit.
Kyler kissed me a few times before he pulled me onto the couch next to him.
"I love you, Avery. I wont let anything happen to you, I promise I wont."
I took in a deep breath, inhaling his sweet sent.
"Kyler?" I mumbled as he kissed my forehead.
"Yes my love."
"Why am I different from you and the other vampires?" I asked, looking up into his silver eyes.
He was silent for a moment, just staring down at me, thinking.
"I'm not sure. We could always go to Sarek's and see what's wrong."
I nodded as he pulled me closer.
We sat on the couch for a while and I don't even know why, but we just sat there staring at each other.
Was it weird? Not really. He was so perfect; it was hard not to stare.
Kyler brushed my hair behind me ear and kissed my forehead, making his way to my lips.
I wrapped my arms around his neck as he put a hand behind my neck and his other arm tight around my waist.
"Kyler," I moaned when he started nibbling my neck.
We stopped when the door opened. What was with all these interruptions?!
Alex and Kody walked in covered in dirt and blood.
Alex held his arm that looked like it was bleeding really badly.
Panic was on both of their faces.
"Alex just got bit by a werewolf."
