Throughout the night, I would get extreme pains in my stomach.
Each time, I tried to hide it but Kyler always found out.
And every time I would convince him to not call Sarek.
It was kinda funny since he said he would call him and I couldn't convince him not to.
Around six am, I woke up and ran to the bathroom.
Just as Kyler walked in, I started throwing up blood.
Never a good thing...
Kyler ran out to go call Sarek.
I finished and leaned on the tub, crying.
I didn't wanna go back!
And I didn't want anything else to be wrong with me!
A few minutes later, Kyler walked in.
He sat next to me and pulled me onto his lap.
"Please don't cry. You know I hate to see you like this." He said as he gently rocked me back and forth.
"We need to go..." Kyler whispered about an hour later, just as I was nearly asleep.
I grumbled as he picked me up and started walking down to the first floor.
I closed my eyes and the next time I opened them, we were at Sarek's.
Ugh!!!
Kyler walked into the lab thing and set me on a bed as Sarek walked in.
I crossed my arms and stared at the covers.
"Kyler, I'm sorry to tell you this, but you need to leave."
Kyler gave him a blank stare before he looked down at me and kissed my head.
Once he left, the tests began.

About an hour later, I was laying in the lab bed, just about to drift off to sleep.
Kyler walked in and laid behind me and wrapped his arms around me.
I turned towards him and looked up into his silver eyes.
He started rubbing my back soothingly.
I set my head on his chest and he kissed my head.
Within minutes, I was asleep...
Kyler...
Avery fell asleep in my arms.
I continued to rub her back as I felt her chest move as she breathed.
She always had a small smile on her face when she dreamed, but she didn't now.
Was she having a nightmare?
I was tempted to wake her up to get her away from the nightmare.
But if she wasn't having a nightmare, I didn't want to wake her up.
Luckily, I didn't have to.
Sarek did...
He walked into the room and as the door shut, Avery woke up.
I helped her sit up and put my hand on the small of her back so she wouldn't fall back.
She looked so tired...
"Well?" I asked.
Sarek just smiled.
"Well... I'm not sure exactly what to tell you, Daddy."
