ALE/C Boys and Their Favourite Times of Day/Night

What time of day/night is favoured by your ALE/C boys? Do they have any particular reasons why?

*cracks knuckles* Here we go~

Varuna – probably the late morning hours where everyone is awake and conscious and when they are all heading out to do what they wanted/needed to do for the day. But since he's often staying up late or pulling all-nighters for his research, any time of day where he can think straight without feeling fatigued is a good time of day

Nitish – likes the early hours of the mornings, just after the sun has risen. He likes spending time outside in his garden during that time or getting the kitchen ready for breakfast. He enjoys both the peace and quiet of being outside and the bustle and noise of a full house during the breakfast rush

Isiah – prefers the quiet of the night where he can get things done on his own without someone popping in on him to get him to stop working. It is also during the nights that he's able to spend time with Kalan, just the two of them without anyone else watching

Bryce – around midday or the hours after where he is at his most productive and especially when he's in the labyrinth, allowing him to not only see better but feel more secure as though that time of day is still hot for him, its greatly unpleasant for the vast majorty of the monsters who will hide out during those hours

Blayden – doesn't particular have a favourite time he does have a fondness for the nights where the sky is clear of clouds and is a little chilly. Great time to sit on the airship and watch the stars

Achyuta – he enjoys the lazy evening hours after dinner, the hours where it is completely acceptable to sit around and read and just generally be lazy. He also enjoys spending that time sitting at the window and looking out over the city and at Yggdrasil in the distance

Zesiro – the late night hours that allow him to pretty much do whatever he wants in the silence and peace of the darkness. He can get by on very little sleep, a habit drilled into him during his years practically hiding in the Cloudy Stronghold. He does also enjoy the peace of the midnight hours where he spends time with Roxbury and not having to keep up his smug-asshole front

Roxbury – he's both a morning person and a night person. He enjoys the early hours that allow him to ponder what he needs/wants to do for that day and also find out what everyone else is up to. But he's starting to enjoy the midnight hours where he's able to have genuine, heart to heart talks with other people, especially Zesiro

Mahalah – the bustle of early morning rush where he can just dote on everyone and ensure they have everything they need. He enjoys the meals hours as they are also somewhat chaotic. He finds a sense of peace in being surrounded by people he loves and cares for deeply

Kalan – the night hours, from the time everyone ventures off to bed and to the time they wake up. During these hours he doesn't have to pretend that he's fine with his blindness and is under control all the time. During these hours he can show vulnerability and just be his 'secret' self where he can bump into things, where he can frown or show outward concern, where he can curse or talk softly. The peace of the night has always been his favourite, more so now since moving in with the researchers and with Isiah

Falkner – prefers the daylight hours as he can see things clearly and can amicably speak with other people, where he can get most things done. He's not overly fond of the night hours, especially those with no moon as everything is so dark and it's so easy to allow one's imagination get the better of them

Fletcher – doesn't like morning hours, especially if he has to get up early for a reason. He likes sleeping in and staying up late. Doesn't have a particular favourite time of the day unless you count the hours where food is served. If so, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are his favourites times of the day~

Miach – he's usually so blasé that he doesn't know what time of day it is, so doesn't have a particular favourite. He does, however, enjoy the days where the sky is partly cloudy or has scattered clouds, giving him the perfect excuse to flop down on the ground and cloud watch and ultimately fall asleep

Telem – the night mostly because it was a time where he could be the most active, allowing him to prowl around unnoticed. He's not fond of midday as everything is so bright and visible. During the daylight hours he tends to keep to himself or follow someone else around aimlessly as he doesn't like to be too exposed

Durriken – also prefers the night hours, which allow him to hide how weak and frail he truly is without having to put up a dismissive and stoic facade. The midday sun is far too powerful for him, especially in Tharsis and in his runemaster robes. Sunrises and sunsets are, however, quickly becoming his favourite times, allowing him to reflect and to simply be in the moment

Zoran – he greatly enjoys the hours where the weather is clear be them day or night. Growing up in a shaded place such as Misty Ravine, he hadn't seen too many bright, sunny days, of which are common for Tharsis. He enjoys clouding watching and star gazing, especially from aboard a airship. He also enjoys the hours where everyone is together such as meal times

Biast – likes the lazy hours of the afternoon sun as he sits outside in the garden meditating or simply pondering to himself. He enjoys the daylight hours more, especially those sunny days where the air is warm and pleasant. Growing up in the Golden Lair, he wasn't able to venture out too much or too far as the weather of the Sacred Mountains was windy and unpredictable at best

Xander – the early mornings where he can get a head start on the things he needs to do that day. It is also during the morning hours that he helps Ciaran get the wharf ready, just the two of them together in peace. He also get to witness the talented wharfmaster predicting how the weather would be for the day by simply looking at the early morning sky

Logre – the afternoons, when the sun is setting for the day. During this time he reflects and looks back over what he had accomplished that day and also ponder how much his life had changed since unwittingly becoming a respected member of the Tharsis community. During these hours he ponders little events and what ifs. But, ultimately, he knows he can't go back and in all honesty if he did, he wouldn't change a thing
