Clearly, before you learn about anything right now, you'll need an update on my life.  I wanted to be normal.  When I left the show after the fire, I had gotten a house in the countryside.

Sadly, that house only lasted a month until some guys in suits came in and told my mother I'm going to disappear when I'm sixteen.  They brought us to a new place next to some sort of academy where we not only learn how to act, but we learn to be a real spy.

And so, here I am, sixteen years old, in the year 2011, a trained spy, I could disappear any day, and still...

I have to survive this math test.

At least I'm in the advanced Calculus II class.  I can get away with failing once or twice.  Sadly, though, I understand this, and even my teacher knows I understand it.  I just don't like it.

So here I go.

I eventually finish the last question and stand up to turn it in when a man in a suit wanders in, whispers something to my teacher, then leaves.  I can't help but feel as if that has to do with me as I walk over to hand it to the teacher, and checks it as soon as I hand it to the professor before I walk back to my seat and pull out my journal, deciding that doodling can't hurt.

Well, it doesn't help.  For the next five minutes, I draw random doodles in a bored manner, uninterested in whatever art I'm making until the bell rings, signaling the end of class and I gather all my things, getting out of there as fast as possible.

"Penny, wait!"  My math teacher calls out and runs to me from the classroom I just escaped.  "You need to go to the office, there are some people waiting for you."

"Who?" I ask, gripping my school supplies in worry.  There really shouldn't be anyone here for me.

"Don't worry, Penny.  This is what you've been preparing for, whether you know it or not.  Heck, you should be excited for this."

"I don't know what 'this' is," I counter, gesturing to the space in front of me as the two of us continue walking towards the office.

"You will.  Sadly, though, I won't be there for the excitement.  I have a math class to teach."  My math teacher then waves goodbye before turning around and heading back.

Oh dear.  There's going to be excitement.  I just hope it doesn't include fire.

I finally reach the office and open the door, hesitantly stepping in and closing it behind me.  "I was called?"

I look to the desk and see the Headmistress reading a file, a boy about my age sitting on the other side and fidgeting with something in his hands.  "Ah, Penny.  Just in time.  I'd like you to meet Wilbur Robinson.  You are going to be working with him for a while."  The Headmistress gestures to the boy with a nod of her head and he stands up, turning around to meet me.

At first, he furrows his eyebrows before asking "This is Penny Forrester?"  He asks, pulling a piece of paper out of his backpack and looking at it.  "Wow.  It really is you.  I'm Wilbur, as you already know."  He puts the paper back before holding out his hand.

"Hi," I hesitantly answer before shaking his hand.

"Now, we have to get going.  I don't want to disturb the time stream any more than I have to.  See ya, Headmistress Callaghan!  Your son is really smart by the way, you should be proud of him."  He whips around me and opens the door, holding it that way.  "Come on, Forrester.  We don't have much time.  I have to get everyone together before lunch."

"I just had lunch an hour ago," I state before exiting the room, waving goodbye to the Headmistress.  Wilbur shuts the office door and runs ahead, waving his hand to get me to catch up.
