One day after Akhil and Ankhitha went away, they all went to a restaurant.

Eight of them sat around a long table .
Once the lunch was done, they sat back with their dessert.

That's when he started it.

"Dad, I know why Ankhitha came here,"said Aarav innocently.

His father choked.
"Why?"

" Because of our company's problem ,right?
So it's a good thing that me and Dia started our own company."

Aarav mother smiled.
"Of course. Frankly, it's one of the very good decisions you took."

"Why do you think Akhil came too?"Dia asked.

All four of them looked cornered.

" Maybe to get you married ,Dia."

Dia's mom dropped the spoon she was holding.

"Stop it, Paari . You are giving her mom too much hope. Maybe to get Aarav married," said Vivaan.

" Wha..What? Eat your food quietly,"said Dia's father.

"Uncle..these both hid something from all of us,"said Paari again.

Vivaan bends to retrieve some spoon which he claimed has fallen down.

"Now..What? Murdered someone?"

"They must've kidnapped someone."

Paari just shook her head.

"No. They took an oath."

They all stared at her.

Aarav cleared his throat.

"We might as well tell you. Remember last week we went to the temple?"

Four of them look at him.
Surprise. Fear. Puzzlement.Fear.

"Yeah?"

Dia opened her mouth to speak.

"Please don't tell me,I didn't see my only daughter's wedding!"wailed her father.

"Sweetie, will you calm down? For this once, I won't tell Avni you said that,"said her mother.

"No. Yuck. We did not get married,"said Dia,looking disgusted.

"Stop this drama. What happened?"asked Aarav's dad.

" Aarav took an oath of celibacy. He mocked me about gender bias ,so I did too,"said Dia seriously.

Vivaan kept shaking under the table.
Paari kicked him but fortunately no one seemed to notice.

Aarav,Dia and Paari noticed as all the four grownups slowly got up and walked away.

"Well, that settles it. We have no place to stay or eat anymore,"said Dia.

"It won't matter to my mother that I am in my 20s or that I am only joking,I am so grounded,"said Aarav.

Vivaan got up from the floor and looked around.

"Where did they all go?"he asked.
