Dia's P.O.V.
On the way out, Vivaan meets us.
He flatters us both and drags away Paari."They look good together," I say.
Aarav snorts.
"We both look way better," he says and goes still.
I shrug.
"Of course we do," and before he could say anything," don't even go there, mister!"
His grip tightens around me as he drags me out.
I stumble due to my heels."Aarav, that's no way to take a lady out!"exclaims his mother who just came into the house.
"You are the only lady I see here, Ma,"he says.
I stamp his leg missing by an inch.
His eyes grow wide."Did you see that? She tried to cripple me! She is not even afraid of witnesses."
His mother just rolls her eyes.
"Dont be such a baby!
Dia, you have my permission to kick him if he does anything out of his limits""Thanks Aunty! You are the best."
"Jeez, look at you two bonding," says Aarav making a face.
He goes back to his dragging me to his car mission.
"What's the rush??" I ask.
"I have the tickets and those two idiots already left," he says.
That makes me walk fast. And then stop. His car. Oh God his car! One of the finest things I ever managed to lay my eyes on.
"Let me drive," I plead giving him my puppy eyes.
He looks lost for a second and then winks.
"Its gonna cost lot more than that look to lay hands on my baby."
"Pervert."
He keeps the weirdest songs on the planet while we drive.
We sing along, ignoring stares from fellow travellers. My tummy aches from laughing and I jump around with excitement thinking about rest of the evening.
