“What?”
“I think it’s a good idea,” agreed Violet. “My other friend knows her place around these woods and you have a lot of resources. Maddie and I can fight very well and we have weapons,” she said, as she showed them the knife.
“Please. We will survive better with each other,” I said.
“Ummm, well I guess it’s worth a try,” said Sophia shrugging her shoulders. “What about you Lydia?”
“Fine. Only because of you though. I don’t trust that one,” she said pointing at me.
“My name is Maddie,” I said. “This is Violet.”
“I’m Sophia, and this is Lydia,” she said.
“So have you guys been here for three months?” I asked, looking around.
“Well, in the woods yes, but we move different places every two days or so. We have learnt that people who stay in the same places easily get caught,” she explained.
“Did you guys build this?” I said, referring to the little shelter.
“Yes, but there weren’t much twigs and sticks to make it from, so it’s very small,”
“And you both fit in there?”
“Well, if it’s a really cold night then yes, but most nights, one of us guards and the other one sleeps. We take turns each night,” answered Lydia.
“Oh,” said Violet.
“We better get going then. We have injured the man and the girls are out there, not to mention there are two other men out there,” I said.
We set off, collecting anything that looked useful. We soon had things such as; another bottle, (the woods was a very dirty place full of rubbish and trash, so we got some more bottles from there) some pieces of green glass that looked like had come from a wine bottle and some vines that were very strong that they acted like rope.
Then all of a sudden, out of the corner of my eye, I could see a person.
I turned around and I could see Bella, Kara and Kate.
“Bella! Kara! Kate!” shouted Violet and I.
“W-we ma-anaged to es-cape,” Bella said panting. “Kate’s still hurt.”
We stood around Kate.
“Behind you,” said Kate. “Look.”
“No, these girls are our friends, we teamed up. Their not going to hurt you,” I said.
“Yes, I won’t hurt you. I’m Sophia, this is Lydia,” she said introducing herself.
“Ok, right now we need to focus on Kate’s leg,” I said. I pulled out one vine and twisted it around her leg. The vine leaf kept falling off, not staying on place.
“Give it here,” said Lydia. She pulled it off me and dropped some water onto it. She then twisted it and tied it, like how we would tie our laces.
“Wow, how did you do that?” I asked.
“I’ve been here long enough,” she said.

Hey Guys!
As you can tell, I haven't updated this in a LONG time. And I have an excuse >___< I've been working on a new story, and I can't WAIT to show it to you guys, but first I need to concentrate on this story, because it will be confusing going from one book to the other. So anyway this authors note was just an excuse in why I haven't update. So sorry once again, but in repayment, here's another chapter! :)
