You smile as soon as you open your eyes. Hercules's arm is wrapped securely around your waist, and your face is in the crook of his neck. You wished that you could wake up to this every morning.

He slowly wakes up. "Good morning, my love." He brushes your hair out of your face. "The sunlight is beautiful on you."

You blush slightly.

He smiles. "It seems as though being your husband means I never get to see you without a pink tint to your cheeks. Not that I mind."

"Herc," you groan.

He kisses the top of your head. "Oh, my love, I only mean well."

"I know. I would have never married you if I thought otherwise."

"You know, although we have spent much of our lives together, being married feels incredibly different," he confesses. "Knowing that I will always be with you. Not to mention last night."

You bury your head in the pillow. "Hercules, you know I can never say anything that you don't already know."

He takes pity on you. "Of course, my love. I will make breakfast for you, but please don't move. I never want to leave this bed, let alone get dressed."
