First of all, I am absolutely sorry for not uploading this or any book for almost 2 months now! I am so sorry! I just lost inspiration and most of my interest to write the books. But now I'm back on track and am working on this book only. I have written at least 7 chapters and am planning to publish them one by one after I'm done with the whole story. I'm doing this so I have a proper schedule of uploading. Anyways, lets get on with the previews (I like to call them teasers. ;)), shall we?
I go further into the room and open the door that leads into the shoe section. This is the border of the gaming area so no one would be downstairs unless they are planning to cheat. I go behind the counter and feel something on my leg. Before I can react, I am pulled down with my back on the floor and someone on top of me. I go to yell but they cover my mouth with their palm.
"You didn't see me..." I hear the voice and try to comprehend the owner of it. I roll my eyes and remove their hand from my mouth.

"Thank you." That's all I can say before my eyes start burning and tears start rolling down the corner of my eyes and around my ears. He looks up and swipes his finger gently under and around the corner of my eyes.
"No need to thank me. I did what I thought was right." I see his lips curl upwards, giving me a smile as he gets up and offers me his hand.
"Kou? Are you here or no?" Kanato says and I take his hand with a smile, then get up.

"The game is... Who is ready to know the game?" She suddenly changes the sentence and we all start whining and groaning.
"Can you just tell us?"/"God, Alisha!"/"Are you done?"/"Don't tease us!" Several more inaudible complains are thrown around the room and I see her silhouette back up in defense .
"Alright, alright! Sorry!" The room starts to quiet down and she regains her composure. After clearing her throat, she continues: "The game is called...

"What's up?" I get up and walk towards him while he opens the door wider so we both can walk out.
"We are leaving, so just wanted to let you know." He tells me and I look at everyone waiting at the main door, including Alisha and the kids.
"Oh, I see. You can stay longer if you want you know?" I ask and turn towards Reiji but he shakes his head.
"No, thank you for the offer though. We have some study programs for all of us that we need to complete. " We both walk to the group and I see Kino talking to Kaito while sitting on his knees to reach Kaito's height.

"Kino, Ruki, please! We need to get to the kids! I beg you!" I start to wriggle out of Kino's grip but he just tightens it further.
"Not without us." After saying that, he lets us go and we both run to my bike. I start the engine immediately and start riding the bike while the limousine follows closely behind us. We reach the kids' school to see teachers trying to calm down the scared and crying kids as parents come and take their children away. I jump off my bike without thinking and run up to the kids.
"Kaito, Shizuka, Megumi!" I yell and they all turn to me, smiles suddenly forming on their crying faces as they run towards me. I kneel down and hug them all tightly, not wanting to let them go. The fear still hadn't left me, even if they were now in my arms, safe and sound. "Oh god... I can't tell how happy and relieved I am... I was... scared to death..." Tears start pouring out of my eyes and I look at all of them. Alisha comes up behind me and hugs the kids as well while they hug her back.

"What the hell is painted on it. Why does it feel so gross?" She crouches down to pick up the talisman with a look of disgust. I sigh and look back at the mansion towards my left.
"It was in gasoline." I look back at her as she turns to me and then back to the talisman between her thumb and index finger.
"I... don't know how I feel about this." She gives me a final look and we walk back to the bike.
These are the previews of different chapters. I am definitely not telling you the context and keep you all in suspense. I probably don't deserve to keep you waiting any longer but I can't tell you the whole story just yet can I? :/
