Knock Knock Knock.

Elsa opened her groggy eyes, wiping the sleep away before turning toward the door. It was the familiar knock, one that alerted her almost every morning that Anna, her little sister, was awake. A small smile reached her face. That is, until she remembered. She couldn't play with Anna anymore. A tinge of guilt hit her, and sent a flurry of snowflakes over her head. She recalled the events from the night before; playing with her magic had gone wrong. She really hadn't meant to hurt Anna. It was an accident.

"Listen to me, Elsa, your power will only grow. There is beauty in it... But also great danger."

Elsa was scared. She heard what the trolls had told her about powers, and Anna. She couldn't be with Anna if she could hurt her. And if Elsa couldn't control her powers, she would hurt Anna. But how could she possibly learn to do that?

She would have to keep Anna out. She couldn't open her door. So she kept laying on her bed, frosty tears on her cheeks as she refrained from unlocking the door. She ignored the knocks, and Anna's soft, innocent voice on the other side.
