Chapter 6: Preparation

The next day at Wonderbolts HQ, Spitfire had scheduled a meeting at 8:00 AM sharp. The meeting rooms were on the top floor of the HQ, right underneath the main lobby. The rooms weren't anything fancy they usually just incorporated a whiteboard on the front with rectangular table and chairs. There would usually be some paintings and posters on the wall and a massive window on the right of the rooms, overtaking the view of Cloudsdale.

Spitfire was in the main meeting room all the way the end of the corridor, which was bigger and much well decorated and furnished than the others being the main meeting room. She had a pile of files on her side of the desk looking them over as she waited for the Bolts to arrive. Spitfire looked at the time, the clock read 7:50 AM.

Hmm...I wonder whats taking them so long. She pondered as she tapped a hoof on her chin.

Just as she said that Lightning Streak, Fire Streak and a very tired Misty Fly and High Winds walked in.

"HEY CAPTAIN BOSS." Lightning Streak yelled.

"How the hell are you so happy on a Morning?" High Winds asked as she yawned.

"Ugh, must you yell when you speak?" Fire streak asked with an unamused look on his face.

"Speaking of happy and yelling, where's Suprise?" Spitfire questioned.

"She was right behind us." Fire commented.

"HEEEYYYYY I HEARD MY NAME." Suprise was suddenly behind Spitfire with a wide grin on her face.

"Suprise where were you? I swore you were right behind Misty" Fire asked.

"I was giving a squirrel a bike, he looked like he needed one" Suprise said with a pout.

"Suprise how the hell are squirrels meant to walk on clouds?" Misty asked.

"Well, this one can" Suprise stated as she pulled a small miniature bike from her hair and a squirrel whom she placed on the bike as he pedalled away. The 4 Wonderbolts all stared in confusion before shaking their heads and accepting that Suprise was a pony that could not be understood.

The door then suddenly opened revealing Wave chill and Silver Lining who entered and took a seat next to Fire Streak. Spitfire stared at WaveChill for awhile while smiling, she had a crush on him, she hated to admit it, but she did. It wasnt anything big or serious, she was sure it would pass up. Besides she wasnt really thag interested in the concept of dating and settling down anytime soon. But something about Wave.....She suddenly shook her head and turned so she was out of view from him, as a light blush crept over her nose.

The door opened again revealing the rest of the bolts, Blaze, Soarin, Fleetfoot and Rainbow Dash.

As soon as everypony took a seat, Spitfire began the meeting.

"Thank you everypony for attending this meeting, due to the recent events which occurred, I am going to have to Start a Wonderbolt Fight Training sessions for our own safety and defence as a potential threat had been made to the HQ," Spitfire explained.

"Wait what threat?" High winds asked sleepily.

Fleetfoot groaned "UGH Crashe's Dad dumbass where were you yesterday!"

Rainbow Dash flinched as she heard her nickname. If only they knew what was behind that nickname but she couldn't tell them what if it made her look weak?

"Oh......ok" HighWinds replied sleepily as she rested her head on her hoof but soon after her head fell face on to the table as she fell asleep.

"Ok...so tomorrow afternoon, I have some Ex-Wonderbolts coming over to train us since they already know Combat Training." Spitfire finished her speech.

"Sweet Celestia we're gonna have legendary Wonderbolts over to teach us," Fleetfoot remarked happily. All the Wonderbolts smiled and showed there share of giddiness, all except Rainbow Dash.

She was sat with her head down and ears lowered. If Wonderbolt veterans were gonna come and teach them that meant her mum would be there, not that she had anything against her mother, Dash loved her and always would but she couldn't look at her without knowing that she kept a really big secret from her for YEARS. But today she was determined to tell her mum everything.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.

Spitfire had ended the meeting and the Wonderbolts had all left to continue with their training. Rainbow Dash decided that after she was done with training she would ask Spitfire if she could go to Ponyville to visit her friends and tell them everything, they were too important to her for her not to tell them. The girls told everything to each other and would always be there for each other
