Chapter 13: It's a Long Kept Secret

After that interesting session with surprise and Pinkie Pie, the main six had sat down on each of their respective thrones while the Wonderbolts all stood around the table.

"hmm.." Twilight pondered as she studied the map "So...firefly do you now know where Rainbow blaze may have taken Rainbow Dash?" Twilight asked the distressed mare.

Fleetfoot started to fidget.

"I'm sorry princess but I don't know, my best guess would be his house but even he's not that stupid to hide her there since he knows it would most likely be our first approach"

Fleetfoot sighed.

"unless that's what he wants us to think" Fluttershy whispered.

"hmmm" Twilight pondered, "it wouldn't hurt to try, we don't have any other idea at the moment." She spoke as everyone else nodded in agreement.

"We need to think of a plan to get into the house" Twilight though out loud.

Fleetfoot groaned.

"can we please just hurry up and help Dashie? We're taking too long we don't how hurt she might be right now" Fleetfoot asked she as fidgeted with her hooves uncomfortably and looked really distressed.

"Fleet are you okay? You look really troubled." Spitfire asked as she looked over the mare with concern.

Her eyes were glued to the floor as she shut them really tight to avoid tears falling out, unfortunately, one managed to flow out her right, down her cheek and landed on the ground with a little splash which didn't go unnoticed.

"I-I don't know, I just want Dashie to be alright and I don't know why but I feel like I've know Rainbow Blaze before....before I met him backstage at one of the shows when I was a filly and I don't know why" Fleetfoot explained.

Firefly sighed. it's about time she knew

" Fleetfoot come with me please" Firefly motioned for the mare to follow.

Fleetfoot raised an eyebrow but silently to followed. The two mares walked out of the throne room and onto a nearby balcony.

All the Bolts stared in confusion before Twilight spoke up.

"I have a really big urge to eaves drop" She explained.

"Same" Spitfire responded.

"Yer me too" Applejack replied.

"mhhmm" Fluttershy murmured in response. The rest of the ponies nodded.

"Uhhmm Firefly why did you bring me out here?" Fleetfoot questioned.

Firefly sighed. "Tell me Fleetfoot, How did you come to know Rainbow Dash?" Firefly asked.

"Well I met her after the Equestria games tryouts, I went to apologize to her since me and Spitfire had something pretty bitchy that day to Soarin and rainbow dash so I went to say sorry to Rainbow Dash for using her, then after that, we became acquainted. 8 months later Dash joined the Wonderbolts and about a week after we became really close and soon enough became best friends, I don't know why but as soon as I saw her there was something familiar about her as if I knew her from a past life or something but I just shook it off as being deja vu and that maybe I had seen her when I was a filly, we just immediately clicked."
Fleetfoot explained.

"I guess that's why I'm just so worried about her, I've never been this close to somepony before"

"What about your parents," she asked. She knew full well Fleetfoot's parents weren't her birth parents because it was fir-

"My Parents" Firefly was interrupted from her thoughts as Fleetfoot spoke up again "I guess I was really close with them...but...they weren't my real parents, I was adopted from an orphanage I was put in when I was around 6." She explained.

"Hmmm." Firefly bit her lip as she closed her eyes tight to avoid tears from falling out

It's now or never

"And the first time I heard Rainbow Blaze's name I felt Like I've known him from my childhood and it's driving me crazy because I know I don't, Its just some crazy deja vu and it's making me literally go insane" Fleetfoot exclaimed as she yanked her ears down.

Firefly smiled

"But besides all that ranting, you still haven't answered my question. Why did you bring me out here? Shouldn't we be inside helping the others figure out a Plan the more Ponies helping the quicker we can save Dashie and get her out" Fleetfoot stated as her ears drooped down.

"Fleetfoot..." Firefly began "There's something I need to tell you," She said in a serious tone.

"What is it?"

"It's a secret that's been kept from you and Rainbow Dash for a really long time...I feel like with all that's going on you deserve to know" Firefly explained with a hint of sadness.

"Okay?" Fleet tried to reply, unsure of what was happening
