The next Day...

It was around 2 PM and RainbowDash lay on her bed as her mum (Firefly) had come to visit her and check up on how she was doing. Scootaloo had left earlier that morning but Dash promised to visit and spend more time with the little filly as soon as she was out of the hospital.

Dash grabbed a glass to drink water as her mum spoke up once more.

"So Dashie dear, How's Soarin?" Firefly asked with a mischevious Smirk.

Rainbow Dash's eyes widened as she spat out the water and rubbed her mouth while a raging blush crept over her nose from cheek to cheek and started on the corner of her ears.

DAMN, she was flustered.

"WHAT!!" Dash yelled Firefly burst out laughing.

"Oh God!! You should've seen your face...BAHAAHAHAH" She pointed out as she began laughing again.

"It's not like that, I don't like him like that!" Dash said as she crossed her hooves.

"Oh but Dashie, I never asked if you like him, I just asked how he was doing." Firefly smirked.

Rainbow Dash turned, even more, redder if that even possible at this point.

"MOOOOooooooomm!" Dash groaned and buried her face in her pillow.

"You know," Firefly spoke up again in a smarmy tone "I've always wanted my grandchildren to have emerald Eyes." She smirked.

Dash's face heat up so much it was a surprise she wasn't producing any heat from it.

"ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME!!" Dash yelled out in frustration as she grabbed another pillow to cover her ears with, Firefly loved it. She was being so adorable and making it so obvious about her crush.
