Stevie felt the weight of his arm around her waist, his body pressed in to her backside and she felt his breath warm on her neck.

She stirred, carefully turning in his arms, studying his face. Her fingertips trailed softly over the lines on his face, her lower body tingling.

They'd made love last night, he broke the walls and brought her in to his world. She'd never felt this way with any of her lovers before, revealing in the ache in between her legs.

He stirred and she pulled her hand away, his eyes fluttering open. He seemed disoriented for a moment, his eyes settling on her and his heart racing. "Good morning."

"Good morning." Stevie echoed his response. Her fingertips trailed across his cheek bone placing her lips against his softly.

Lindsey had tensed, not pushing her away but he didn't pull her closer. Sitting up, he grabbed his boxers from the floor, tugging the on and, standing from
the bed.

Stevie noticed his tense form, frowning. "Lindsey what's wrong?"

He had started pacing the room, his hands tugging at his curls. "Last night shouldn't have happened."

Stevie felt tears sting her eyes, sitting up in the bed. "Why do you say that?"

"You're my client.  I've built up my reputation for years and I don't want to loose it because I made a mistake."

She swallowed the lump in her throat, somehow finding the strength to stand up. She took the sheet with her, wrapping it around her bare body. "Last night was not a mistake."

   Lindsey sighed. "Stevie-"

"You wanted me and I wanted you." She cut him off. "You can't deny that."

He shook his head. "I'm not denying it, but it shouldn't have happened."

Stevie shook her head, rising from the bed. "Stop saying that." Tears were rolling down her face, not able to hold them in. "I have never felt with anyone the things I feel for you. I will not let you pass last night off as a mistake!"

"Stevie-"

"What are you scared of Lindsey?" She cut him off again.

"I'm not scared of anything."

"Then why are you denying what happened?" She had drawn closer, her fingertips reaching out and trailing down his bare chest. "Don't push me away Lindsey."

His breathing had intensified, her face drawing closer. Her breath was warm against his face. Winding her arms around his neck, she pressed her lips against his. Pulling away, she pressed her forehead against his.

He placed his hand under her chin and tilted her face up to his and kissed her again very gently, sucking delicately on her bottom lip.

Her hand had traveled between them, dancing dangerously close to the tent in his boxers. Lindsey's hand grabbed hers, freezing her movements and breathing heavily against her mouth.  "If you touch me there's no going back, because I won't be able to stop myself from loving you."

Stevie's heart pounded against her chest.

When he felt her hand touch his bare chest he exhaled the breath he hadn't realized he was holding. When her hand was over his heart he pulled her tightly into his arms and lowered his head stopping when his lips were a breath away from hers. She looked deeply into his eyes while she slid her hand up from his chest and placed it on his cheek. He closed his eyes and inhaled deeply. She ran her thumb once across his bottom lip before placing her lips on his and kissing him sweetly. He stood there not daring to move, afraid she might change her mind.
