Chapter 13

(Katy's POV )

I began to cry to the thought of Rose cutting , it hurt me that she thought those things . I herd the door open and that pulled me from my thoughts , I was on the couch and my guess was my eyes were puffy and red from crying . I got up and tried to get to my room before Rose noticed I was crying .

"Hey Katy are you ok ?" Rose asked walking towards me

"Ya I'm fine , I'm just not feeling good , I'm going to go to bed " I said walking up stairs

"Ok goodnight " Rose said then whispered something to Sundee .

I walked up stairs and closed and locked my door . I laid on my bed tears streaming down my face.

( Rose's POV )

"I think Katy is lying to me " I whispered to Sundee as I watched Katy walk to her room .i walked to my room with Sundee following me .

"Wait , Mark said he needed to talk to us , we should just go now " I said pulling my phone out to text Mark

"Ya let's go " Sundee said as she walked back down the stairs

"Mark said he's already at the park " I said as we walk out the door

"Ok let's hurry " she said getting on her bike

We Rose to the park both of us peddling as fast as we could . we got there and I saw Mark sitting my the tree we usually so by . we rode to him and layer our bikes down , his face was bruised like mine but worse .

"What happened ?" I asked as I sat down next to him

"My dad hit me for staying out all night , he said that if I think I can survive on my own then to go ahead , he said I can't go back to my house , I don't have anywhere to go " he said I could see tears in his eyes

"You can stay with me " I offered

"Or me " Sundee said

"I don't know , I just wanted to see you guys , before I leave " he said

"Leave where ?" Sundee asked

"I'm going to you know leave leave , the world " he said with some tears in his eyes

"No you can't do that " I said to Mark my eyes watering

"Actually I can do whatever I want " he said wiping his eyes

"Well come over for dinner tonight so we can talk " I said

"Ok fine "he said standing up

He still didn't have his bike so I rode on the pegs again , we got to Katy's house and we walked in , Katy was still in her room .

"Sit down I'll be right back " I told them and walked up the stairs

I walked to Katy's door and knocked.

"What " Katy said from the other side

"It's me I really really need to talk to you it's really important " I said to the door

The door opened , I walked in and Katy was laying on her bed , u walked over and sat next to her on the bed .

"Mark wants to die , he's not allowed to go home and I need you to help me " I said

( Katy's POV )

"Mark wants to die ,he's not allowed to go home and I need you to help me" she said

"I thought you didn't need me , you didn't like me " I whispered

"No please Katy " she pleaded

"I can't " I said

"Fine I don't need you and now I don't even like you " she shouted at me

I feel so useless like I can't even move , I'm so depressed , I don't want to be alone though . maybe I should just go tell Mark to stay as lang as he can or want , I don't want him to die 'cause I'm depressed . I pulled myself up off the bed and walked to my door , I opened it and walked down the stairs I saw Sundee Mark and Rose sitting on the couch they were all talking quietly . I walked to the chair next to the couch aaa d sat down .

"Mark , you can say here all you want " I said resting m head on my hand

"No it's ok , but thanks anyway " he said

"No I insist , please stay here , Rose told me your problem and I want to help " I said feeling my heart hurt

"Ok but just for a while thanks " he said

"No problem " I said and stood up

I walked up the satires and almost to my room when Mark said " Katy , thanks and this week I'm going to stay at my brothers , he's going out of town for a while , so ya "

"Ok well just come and stay whenever you need to " I said turning around

I walked to my room and laid on my bed , thinking about Rose then I fell asleep .
