Chapter 23

( Rose's POV )

"It's getting late let's go home before it gets completely dark " Katy said grabbing my hand

"Ok " I said pulling away , I don't want to be touched , I don't want to be talked to , and I want to be alone .

"Can we talk now ?" Katy asks

"No , I want to be alone and not talked to " I said walking faster

"Well I'm going to talk to you and your not going to be alone " she said walking faster to catch up win me

"Why ?" I ask

"Because I want to be here for you and I haven't talked to you in over a month so I'm going to be talking to you " she said

I didn't answer I just walked faster , and that turned into a jog .I got to Katy's house and I opened the door , Mark and Shannon were on the couch talking . I walked up not looking at either of them , I opened my door and slammed it shut and locked it .

( Mark's POV )

Rose and Katy got back and Rose walked up into her room . I feel so bad about what I said I don't know how to fix it , I tried already .

"How was your walk ?" Shannon asked Katy interrupting me

"We didn't say a single word till I told her that we needed to head home " Katy said frowning

"Oh , it will get better " Shannon said as Katy sat next to her

"I'm sorry this is my fault " I said

"No it's ok " she said

Yes it is all of this is , I should've stopped Rose from leaving in the first place , I shouldn't have said that I'm so stupid .'knock knock ' I was interrupted by the door

"Come in " Katy shouted

The door opened and it was Sundee . she walked in and up the stairs .

"Wait " I yelled to her , she turned around and looked at me and then continued walking up the stairs , she knocked on Rose's door and it opened and she went in .

"I thought she was mad at Rose or something " Shannon said

"Ya I don't know maybe the made up or something I don't know "Katy said turning the tv on

( Sundee's POV )

I walked into Rose's room , Rose closed the door and locked it , I sat down on her bed .

"I'm sorry about what I said , please forgive me " Rose said sitting next to me

"I do , best friends ?" I asked smiling

"Forever " she said smiling and hugging me

I hugged her and then she broke it , and sat down next to me .

"So what's happen since I wasn't here ?" I asked

"Nothing really " she said

"Oh well how are you ?" I ask

"I don't know " she said

( Rose's POV )

"Well how don't you know how you are ?" she asks

"Ok , I guess I'm ok " I said feeling my eyes water

"Well tell me why " she said

"Ok but you can't tell anyone " I said wiping my eyes " I feel alone , like I'm stuck in this depression and I can't get out . Iv had thoughts of how it would've been for you guys if I had pulled the trigger on myself , and I see that none of this would've happened . I always seem to mess everything up , I know I was an accident so why am I even here , nobody needs me . " I said pausing to wipe my eyes and take deep breaths

"Well I need you , and you aren't an accident , and if you were it was a good one , 'cause I found you and your my best friend and I wouldn't replace you with anyone ever " she said tears trickling down her cheeks

"Really if you think and look at it you don't really need me , you would've had Mark and Tracy and everyone else to replace me with , maybe it will be better if me and you sto-" she interrupted me

"No I don't wan to stop , I do need you , I love you , your like my sister and I don't want Mark or Tracy or anyone else " she stood up and shouted loud

"Be quiet they might here you " I said biting my bottom lip

"I don't care this is all Mark's fault , you feel like this 'cause of Mark " she wiped her eyes " I'm going to tell him he ruined your life " she said opening the door and walking out , I stood up and ran after her but she was already half way down the stairs .

"You shouldn't even be here , it should be you feeling the constant pain Rose does , your here in her house and you ruined her life , you - " Katy interrupted her by yelling " stop "

"No you stop , you don't know Rose's pain either , you probably don't even care " Sundee said putting her arm sound me , I pulled her into a hug , once again this is my fault , I felt her tears on my neck .

"I do care , I care a lot , but you don't have any say in wether Mark should be here or not " Katy said as her eyes started watering

Sundee lifted her head and turned towards Katy and yelled " Well if you did care about Rose you wouldn't want him here , you would hate him as much as I do "

Mark got up and ran out . "This is all my fault " I said

"No it's not it's Katy's and Mark's fault there the ones who don't care if they hurt you " Sundee said pulling me to the door .

We walked out and we kept walking , we're on the sidewalk Katy and Shannon running behind us . they caught up to us , Katy grabbed my arm hard making me cry more from the pain .

"What are you doing ?" Katy asked Sundee

"Taking Rose away from you , your a child abuser " Sundee said making Katy's eyes go wide and start to tear up .

( Katy's POV )

"Taking Rose away from you , your a child abuser " Sundee said making me tear up

"No I'm not , your just a child you don't know anything " I said wiping my eyes .

"I know more about Rose then you do " she said letting to of Rose's arm

"That's because you tell her things that make her not trust me " I said pulling Rose closer to me

"I haven't told her anything " she said

"I don't care " I said pulling Rose back to the house .

"Let me go " Rose said quietly

"No I don't want to lose you " I said as tears trickle down my cheeks

"No I'm not I just want to walk on my own and I want to tell Sundee something " she said

I let go and she walked over to Sundee and said something but I couldn't hear then she pulled Sundee to us .

"Let's go inside we need to talk " Rose said walking past me with Sundee

I followed them , Shannon put her arm around me and walked with me .

"It's ok , your not an abuser Sundee's just mad " she said as we walked to the door

We walked in and me and Shannon sat on the couch , Rose and Sundee sat on the floor in front of us on the other side of the coffee table .

"Ok now you guys can yell at each other " Rose said

"I don't have anything to say " Sundee said looking at me

"Well do you ?" Rose asked me

"Nothing , I'm going to go to bed " I said standing up

"No it's not even late at all " Shannon said grabbing my arm and pulling me back to the couch "you guys need to work this out " she continued

"Well what are we suppose to do ?" I ask

"Rose come here " she said , Rose stood up and walked over to us . she whispered something to Rose and then Rose took Sundee up stairs . "come on Katy " she said pulling me up stairs and we went into my room and Sundee and Rose were in there , Rose ran out and Shannon closed the door . I twisted the knob but I think they had it blocked or something I couldn't open it .
