( Shannon's POV )
We walked back to the camp to pack up to leave .
"So how are you going to tell Rose ?" I ask
"I don't know you tell her it was your idea " she said
"No way your her mother you tell her " I said
"Ok but I don't know how I need some time " she said
"Ok but make sure she doesn't have a gun " I joked
"Don't do that , it's not funny she wasn't thinking right now stop " she snapped
"Your right I'm sorry " I said
We walked to the camp sight and nobody was there , we saw there phones on the table .
"There phones are here , Katy " I said picking up Rose's phone
"Here let me see I know her code I saw her put it in " she said taking it from my hand "there is a text right here look " she said showing me if said ...' I know a you guys are planing on sending me to a ' hospital ' and I showed Katy my code for in case so I really don't want you to look for me , so please just go on living your life the way it was before me , by Katy , and I'm sorry . '
"It's ok Katy let's just go look for her " I said hugging Katy , she was crying already and she barely read the note .
We got into my car and and I backed up and drove .
( Mark's POV )
We got to another camp sight down the road from our other one like and hour away so not really down the road , the girls are asleep .
"WAKE UP !" I yelled at them
"Ugh your such a Mark " Sundee said
"Well duh " I said sarcastically
"Where are we anyway ?" Sundee asks
"An hour away from our old camp sight " I said opening my door
"Oh ok , what time is it ?" Rose asked
"I don't know you made us leave our phone remember ?" I asked sarcastically as I got out and closed my door
I walked around and opened the door for them to get out .
"You didn't have to do that I can open it myself but thanks " Rose said hopping out
"Ok so we don't have anything but what you brought ' cause we didn't get anything obviously , so what do we do ? " I ask standing in front of the car
"I don't know Rose you wanted to leave so you decide " Sundee said standing next to me
"Ok well I think for a few days we should stay out here and only go into town when we need food , but let's find somewhere else where there is a cabin ok " she said getting back into the car
"Ok then let's go " I said walking to the car
We got in the car and turned the radio on ,we drove and drove for two hours . finally I see a cabin . I pulled to it and shut the oven off .
"It took long enough " Rose said hopping out of the car .
We walked in and closed the door , it wasn't bad but it's cold in here .
"It's cold , we should've got blankets " Sundee said
"I'm tired " I said sitting down leaning against the wall
"Ya let's just lay down for a while " Rose suggested
Sundee and Rose snuggled up next to me .
( Katy's POV )
"Shannon we've been driving around for hours let's go to the rangers office and ask them to help is search all the camp sights " I said
"Ok " she said still driving
It's dark out and if they didn't go to a cabin then their sleeping in the car and they didn't even get any blankets or anything . why did they have to leave . it's all Shannon's fault if she wouldn't have suggested Rose to go to a 'hospital' Rose wouldn't have left .
"I'm sorry katy I didn't know she was listening this is all my fault and I know you think so too" Shannon said grabbing my hand
"Yes it is your fault it's all you and your stupid suggestions fault " I said
"I'm so and I'm sorry " she said wiping away tears
"No I'm sorry I shouldn't have said that it's not your fault " I apologized
"Yes it is " she said
"No it isn't it's not any of our faults " I said holding her hand
"I guess but if we don't find her then it is my fault " she said squeezing me hand
"Well we will we have to find her " I said
We drove to the rangers office .
"It looks like nobody's here " Shannon said walking to the door and opening it
"Ya I know " I said walking in after her
We walked in and there were two men sitting down playing chess
"Hi how can we help you ?" the tall one said
"My daughter ran away and I need you guys to help me find her please " I said walking to him
"Well we will start a search first thing tomorrow morning ok " he said grabbing a pen
"No you need to start it now what if she leaves tomorrow ?" I ask very annoyed
"We will have people at the entrance checking cars ok , the best thing you can do is get some rest for tomorrow " he said
"He's right let's go back to the car and get some sleep " Shannon said taking my arm
"Ok but I will be here at 5 and you better be ready " I said walking out
We got into the car and drove about a mile up to the camp sight and slept in the car , we lacked everything already . I couldn't sleep I just laid there on the reclined seat looking at the top of the car . Shannon is snoring quietly .
